Exceptional Service
Pros:

Nice hotel with a great atmosphere!

A big thanks to Naveen Kumar, the Food and Beverage Manager. He did an excellent job coordinating the right food for someone in our group who felt sick, despite a very hectic schedule. Naveen is a true role model in guest relations—his top-tier service and genuine care made all the difference. Highly recommended!

Great hotel, 4 blocks from both stadiums
Pros:

Hotel St Louis was a great experience. The room was comfortable and very quiet. The highlight was the bartender Troy at the lobby bar/restaurant. He was amazing, took care of us well with a great sense of humor. I would definitely recommend the Saint Louis Hotel.

Union 30 has best bartender in town
Pros:

Best bartender in town. His name is Troy! He knows how to make his drinks and my husbands old fashions were the best he had ever tasted. 10 outta 10 for this guy. Go to Union 30 and let him serve you!

Beautiful historic hotel with wonderful staff
Pros:

This is a beautiful historic hotel. Spacious clean rooms with high ceilings. Comfortable beds & quiet provided restful sleep. Well appointed bathroom. Steamer provided rather than an iron which I appreciated. Easy walk to the convention center. We had breakfast & dinner at the hotel and both were very good. The entire staff was kind & responsive. The surrounding area feels a bit like Gotham City in Batman but we did not have any safety concerns walking around or parking our vehicle on the street. Hoping that DT St Louis can be revived as ut has lots of potential.

Best St Louis Hotel Ever!!
Pros:

What a great hotel full of wonderful staff and a great vibes. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfy. Hotel staff was super accommodating for us traveling as a volleyball team.
Shout out to Troy, Ohnker, Naveeb and Ninad but honestly every person there was a delight.

Great stay while local home was being repaired.
Pros:

Stay at the Hotel St. Louis for a great experience in a downtown St. Louis hotel. It is beautiful and luxurious. All facets of service (Housekeeping, Front desk, valet, restaurant) were exemplary. The food at the restaurant was excellent. We highly recommend this hotel.
