It was very relaxing because the atmosphere was so calm and the staff were very pleasant.
Pros:

The bath was quite deep and so climbing in for a shower may be problematic for some people.

Peaceful ….and staff that couldn’t do enough to help my elderly Dad…

Pros:

Beautiful location and central to lots of places to visit.

Cons:

Really difficult to find something ,but more milk in the rooms would be good , but it wasn’t a problem when we asked for more.

Best ever relaxing. Really was an outstanding stay !
Pros:

Lovely peaceful area. Beautiful Decor. Comfortable relaxing lounges. Calm dining areas, service very fast and efficient. Nothing ever too much trouble Every single member of staff were attentive, helpful courteous . The lights in the grounds round the trees were so pretty. The Food was excellent. Dyson hairdryers too!!

Cons:

Everything really was perfect. Personally I wish we had thought to ask for ground floor, as stairs were tiring but there were only a few. And that was more to do with me and the extreme temperatures outside than any thing else Staff helped with luggage if required. The Hotel was difficult to find ! Think we had to turn round on most trips out as went wrong way round country lanes . Haha .

Very happy with all aspects. We took dogs and found the Pheasant to be very accommodating
Pros:

Very nice , good quality and ample for our requirements.

Cons:

The room was rather hot. To be fair a heatwave was ongoing. There was a fan but not very effective.

Lovely comfortable hotel and grounds
Pros:

Great location, all staff friendly and very helpful.
Clean comfortable rooms. Lovely walk in shower easy to use and control, no working out which lever to turn it on just press a button and you have a great power shower.
