Studio passable
Pros:

L'emplacement du studio est super, en plein centre historique, tout est accessible à pied.

Cons:

Malheureusement l'appartement est très humide. Dès que on est arrivé le sol(parquet) était humide et mouillé. La personne qui nous accueilli nous avait dit que le sol venait d être fait mais il etait minuit! Bref le proprio n a rien fait , il m a donné une explication pas du tout convaincante pour moi, donc pendant tout le séjour on a laissé les fenêtres ouvertes jour et nuit.
De plus on ne donne que le strict nécessaire!

Great apartment. Staff were great and easily accessible.

Cons:

The location was handy to the marina area but is very sketchy. The small laneways around it are unpleasant due to being used as a urinal at night.
Not the hotels fault but made moving through the vack streets quite unpleasant.

Die Zimmer wurde nie einmal geputzt sehr feucht und nass aufdieser Geund wurde mein Handy defekt ungesund aufgrund den Feuchtigkeit riecht auch extrem nach Feuchtigkeit und ich bin Asthmatikerin empfehle ich aufdieser Grund nicht was war gut die Sicherheit ist super

Great location, staff but issue with room moisture
Pros:

Location was excellent, even direct surrounding in front of hotel at night might look different.
Room spacious.
Staff friendly and quick.
Parking in Marina Porto Antico doscounted per 25 euros/ day.

Cons:

Even property messaged us before arrival in case of questions, I'd welcomed arrrival instructions into app on where to park or where's the reception, etc. so we didn't need to ask basic questions.
Overall rating is heavily affected by status of apt 12 where we stayed for one night. Apt was extremely moist and in bathroom there was technically water which you swiped with towel but was back there in hour time. Result of this was mould on ceilings and overall humidity in apt. We stayed just one night and all our clothes was smelling like if we spent week in cellar.
I do wish it was issue just of that particular apt but chances are small ...

Pros:

La localisation est pratique.

Cons:

Ce n’est pas un hôtel c’est un immeuble d’appartements en location de courte durée récemment réhabilité avec des matériaux de choix. La pseudo réception est au premier étage sans aucune indication : des bureaux en cours d’aménagement bourrés de cartons.
Sauf que la réservation était pour un 4* alors qu’à l’arrivée c’est un 3* au prix fort car même avec une promo de réservation de dernière minute c’est scandaleux de louer un appartement dans cet état : les murs et le plafond sont pleins de moisissures (pb de Clim ?), la table est sale (rainures pleines de miettes et autres restes), l’égouttoir à 2€ est rouillé.
Bref, de loin les photos des équipements paraissent belles mais à l’arrivée c’est la douche froide ! Heureusement qu’on n’a passé que la nuit, courte halte entre deux étapes !
A fuir même en promo, tant que le ménage n’est pas fait à fond.

Beautiful clean, modern and comfortable apartment. Kind and helpful staff when checking in.
Use the main streets when heading to the accommodation and be careful of maps showing shortcuts to the property.

Czysto w obiekcie , uprzejma obsługa.

Cons:

W pokoju okropna wilgoć i nieprzyjemny zapach. Drzwi od prysznica nieszczelne, przez co woda w trakcie kąpieli wyciekała na podłogę łazienki. Widok z pokoju mieliśmy na obskurny dziedziniec. Okolica zwłaszcza wieczorem dość nieciekawa, bezdomni i uchodźcy .
