Worst experience with Booking.com ever
Pros:

Room cleaning Service was good with daily exchange of towels.

Cons:

Worst Check-in experience we ever had with booking.com. On arrival we were informed that the place was overbooked and our room that we had already paid was not available. After we called Booking.com hotline, suddenly the room was available and we could check-in after half an hour of discussions. Unfortunately on the next morning, one of the windows was broken and could not be closed. Although we informed the staff, it was not fixed, so we had to stay with an open window the rest of the time. No reactions on complaints.

Non è piaciuto niente,soprattutto il titolare mangia soldi delle persone,nonostante che i suoi appartamenti si trovano in centro storico circondato dal degrado,e si difende anche la sua città.
Non o soggiornato perché non si poteva raggiungere la struttura per paura di essere attaccati,DERUBATI.
“SCONSIGLIO A CHI A BIMBI”
“E ANCHE SENZA”

Parcheggio non favorevole perché c’è la zona ZTL
E l’auto bisognava parcheggiarla sulla zona porto a 10 minuti di distanza.
Sempre con il rischio di tutto.
E nonostante che non ho soggiornato non a sostituito nulla.
E POI SI PARLA DEL SUD.
I PRIMI SONO LORO.

Very clean, good facilities. Very comfortable. Great pillows!

Cons:

Instructions not clear - this is a business but in a building where not obvious. We were told that someone would be there to check us in but we arrived at the door to no bell, no reception.
Instructions and set up need to be clearer. Our phone batteries were dying so another fifteen minutes and it would be very stressful.
Once we figured that out was great.

Pros:

Das Appartement war groß, gut aufgeteilt und sehr sauber. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und auch der Check-in lief ohne Probleme. Die Lage mitten im Zentrum ist genial, da alles fußläufig erreichbar ist. Parkhäuser gibt es ausreichend in der Nähe.
