An exceptional 5-star experience! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the luxurious ambiance and warm welcome. The room was incredibly spacious, spotless, and offered a stunning view. The customer service was world-class—staff were professional, attentive, and always ready to help. The breakfast buffet had an amazing international selection. And thank you so much Ms. Dien Chic restaurant help full. Highly recommended!

Wonderful decoration! The swimming pool was an eye-opener.
Service could have been better for a 5star hotel.
My stay at Hotel de la Coupole Sapa - MGallery Collection was truly unforgettable and exceeded all expectations. The hotel perfectly blends luxury, elegance, and comfort, making it one of the best places to stay in Sapa.
The ambiance throughout the property is simply stunning. The coffee lounge and dining areas are beautifully designed, offering a sophisticated yet cozy atmosphere where guests can relax and enjoy excellent food and beverages. Every corner of the hotel showcases remarkable attention to detail and artistic design.
The wellness facilities are equally impressive. The sauna, steam room, and indoor heated pool provide a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring Sapa. The pool area is exceptionally spacious and beautifully designed, creating a tranquil and luxurious environment for guests to unwind.
What truly sets this hotel apart is its outstanding customer service. The staff are warm, professional, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a memorable stay. Their genuine hospitality made us feel welcome from check-in until departure.
The rooms are superb—spacious, elegantly furnished, and thoughtfully designed with a unique blend of French haute couture inspiration and local cultural elements. Every detail reflects luxury, comfort, and sophistication.
Overall, Hotel de la Coupole Sapa is absolutely worth every penny. From the magnificent ambiance and world-class facilities to the exceptional service and stunning rooms, it offers an experience that is both luxurious and memorable. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapa and looking for a truly premium hotel experience. I would gladly stay here again.
Everything was wonderful~~ I had a happy time and am returning with memories full of joy.
The best hotel in Sapa, very unique, perfect location, amazing pool style, great food.
Very recommended.
Magical hotel, impeccable service, interior and views
Just Wow.
Everything was excellent
Comfortable
Rather noisy with the facing of the room towards the square. Not good sound proofing for room facing main road.
A great hotel in the centre of Sapa. The hotel is exceptionally decorated and a treat for the eyes. Views from the bar and restaurant balconies are breathtaking. Take a dip in the indoor pool complete with chandeliers. Perfect location if you want to travel to Fansipan, as the funicular station is in the hotel building. Breakfast options are vast and cater for western and Vietnamese tastes.
I did ask some of the staff at reception to help me go get a few things or help me do a few things while I had to do a few other things and they said I could do it myself. I’m not requesting a servant when I stay somewhere but I’m overwhelmed in a new country and only had one night stay in Sapa. It would’ve been a lot better if there were a lot more accommodating staff to help. For example, I had to run down to the shops to get something before I had to get a sleeper bus and I had asked one of the woman staff if she could run down to the pool to grab my skirt that I left behind and she gave me a card and said I can do it myself. And then another time I was in the pool area and I was in my swimmers and I was uncomfortable to get out in my swimmers with everybody watching Me and I had asked the pool staff to get me a towel and the staff pointed to the chair and said it’s over there you can go get It. This made me feel disheartened as my heart isn’t to make people serve me but just to help me in a different country.

The hotel is most outstanding in terms of architectural finesse and attention to interior design. Bill Bensley created a fantastic "world" that imparts owe on the observer. In some instances -- the sublime. For example, the female swimmers painted on the ceiling of the swimming pool a emerge from the sky in the form of a diver statue at the end of the pool. Specifically, try swimming the backstroke from the beginning of the poll to the end and look at the painting on the ceiling combine with the female statue at the end. We spent two days exploring and then "devouring" every architectural detail and interconnections in his unique hotel.
The staff was polite but not very helpful. Many of the clerks in the front desk did not speak good English and it was hard to communicate. The travel desk was not helpful in arranging trips ("look at the internet") and at times referred us to other hotels for scheduling hikes down to the valley. There is no business center and the only computer that was available to the guests did not work.
