Un grand Hotel somptueux d’une grande beauté avec des prestations au top.
Pros:

Hotel, le plus impressionnant de notre séjour. La qualité est vraiment incroyable à tous les niveaux. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel, piscine magnifique. Le bar et son environnement sont aussi incroyable quant à la réception et et au personnel, tout le monde est au niveau. L’accès aux Mont Fansipan directement depuis l’hôtel avec les fast pass est aussi un plus.

Cons:

Rien, si ce n’est la qualité de la literie qui était bonne, mais pas tout à fait en ligne avec l’excellence de tous les services annexes.

A Memorable stay at Hotel de la Coupole Sapa
Pros:

We visited Sapa and stayed at Hotel de la Coupole in April 2026 to celebrate our anniversary. It was the perfect time to visit, with beautiful weather and no rain.

The hotel is located right in the heart of Sapa, making it very convenient to explore popular attractions such as Cat Cat Village and the Sun World Fansipan cable car station.

We booked a Classic Room, which was spacious, beautifully designed, and had a lovely balcony overlooking the street. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was spotless. The bathroom was well-equipped with high-quality amenities. We were also welcomed with delicious homemade cinnamon cookies in our room—a thoughtful touch that made us feel very special.

The hotel's fashion-inspired design is truly unique. There are beautiful fashion illustrations and elegant decorations throughout the hotel and even inside the rooms, giving it a luxurious and artistic atmosphere.

Our room was on the 5th floor, so it was peaceful and quiet despite being in the town center.

Breakfast was served on the 10th floor with a stunning view. The buffet offered an impressive selection of dishes, including Chinese, Indian, Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese, and Western cuisine. Everything was fresh and delicious, many dishes offer —we honestly couldn't try everything! 😅

Overall, we had an amazing stay. Hotel de la Coupole truly offers a luxurious 5-star experience at a very reasonable price. The service, facilities, and atmosphere exceeded our expectations.

We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Sapa. Highly recommended! ❤️

Gorgeous hotel. Wonderful staff super accommodating and consistently helping you with anything you need. I love the pool area. They have the best hot cocoa on earth.

Beautiful hotel
Pros:

Great facilities and a beautiful hotel

Staff were v knowledgeable with Fansipan, as they were able to track weather on the hour and also offer a VIP pass

Cons:

It’s a very busy hotel, could be slightly more flexible on early check in/ late check out, even with extra payment options. It didn’t seem to be offered although you are allowed to use the pool facilities.

Concierge could be more helpful with planning onward travel

Очень красиво, номер прекрасный, у нас был сьют с гостиной и ванной. Есть спортзал и бассейн, прекрасные завтраки. Уборка в номере ежедневно, вечером могут освежить номер повторно. Тапочки/халаты/зубные щетки и т.п. выдают, косметика для душа супер.

Бассейн неглубокий. Сауна и хамам только в спа, не в общем доступе

WOW PASS に関する対応が残念

建物、立地、スタッフ、雰囲気、スパ、食事

Cons:

Fansipan Wow Pass の子供チケットを事前購入したが、当日ホテルフロントで顔認証登録の際は何も言われず、駅に移動してこれから電車に乗るとゆう時に身長制限を超えていると駅スタッフに言われ、アップグレードすれば良いからと一度フロントに戻されたが、結局は大人チケットを丸々買い直しさせられて、子供チケットの払い戻しもなかった。最初に朝フロントで顔認証する際に指摘して欲しかった。
Wow Pass顔登録、VIPカードの準備と配布も遅く、改札で暫く待たされて、横の普通レーンの方が進みは早く、仮に子供チケットのトラブルが無い場合でも始発の7：45の電車には乗れなかった。

とても残念だった。
注意事項の記載を増やすこと、フロントで身長確認すること、子供の身長誤差によるチケット変更と差額支払いやキャンセル返金を可能にして欲しいこと、VIPカードをもっと早く準備しておいて欲しいことなど、高い料金を支払っているため、それ相応の対応をお願いしたい。
