Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce monument coloniale, tout était dans l'harmonie, l'ambiance feutrée, la déco est raffinée, la piscine exceptionnelle nous transporte dans une autre époque, hors du temps...tout un environnement apaisant.
Le personnel est très professionnel et disponible. Une satisfaction en général.

Cons:

Rien en particulier! Sauf les deux jours que la piscine était indisponible, mais ce n'était pas prévu pas de leur faute!

Fabulous building
Pros:

Beautiful fabulous hotel design HUGE building & a swimming pool that was design wise the best l have ever seen lovely water too, great breakfast buffet German chef !!

Cons:

1. They need a day room or suggest u book an extra night as l took the CHAPA overnight nightmare train & arrived at 7am & was told to go sleep on the pool area day beds couldnt face being a tourist as l had no sleep on the train !!!...2. In the beautiful huge bar ( no one in it very expensive drinks) the band played till 11pm & it echoed through out the hotel acoustics every night 3.dont go in school holidays

Extraordinary hotel which you should definitely try if you can manage it.
Pros:

The breakfast was 5 star, the pool was sensational. The fact that it is built right on top of the station is a huge bonus.The building itself is extraordinary. The architect was so clever and the interior designer must have had so much fun fitting the place out. If you can afford it definitely stay here. We thought it was one of the cleverest hotels we have stayed in.

Cons:

Nothing although the little cafe on the ground floor was very annoying. There was nothing you could buy and eat quickly. I just needed a quick snack before going out and it was going to take 20 minutes to come out. Similarly with dinner upstairs. When we asked how long it would be to get the first course they said 1/2 an hour which was very off putting. We stayed and it didn't take that long but we nearly walked out. I wonder how many do. The food was great.

Cons:

Very formal, would love to have sit on the balcony. For the price, you would think breakfast would be included. Not a smoking friendly hotel.
