Just super !
Pros:

The host was so welcoming and it was just the stay we needed after a long drive. We travelled up from the Cotswold for a one night stay before our continued trip to Scotland. We arrived late but was still welcomed and the room was perfect for 2 adults and 2 children

Basic basic with staff masters in passive aggressive behaviour.
Pros:

Extraordinary

Cons:

Beware of all the extras. If you are an early riser you won’t be able to get a coffee before 6am or breakfast before 9am! They charge extra for the sheets (who knew bed linen could be optional). Really taken being part of Blackpool entertainment scene. Almost everything not bar/hot food related is available by slot machines. Staff very passive aggressive and obsessed with the small print/rules so make sure you read them fully before booking.

Best Stay We’ve Had In Blackpool
Pros:

We received such a warm and friendly welcome from Connor. He showed us around and made sure we were super comfortable right from the outset. The room was exactly as described. Fresh, clean and even had a couple of water bottles which was a nice touch.

The bar has well over 100 drinks to chose from and we were truly spoilt for choice.

The location was really central and just a couple minutes walk to the promenade.

The games room was fab and the pinball machine was really good fun to play on.

We stay in Blackpool about 4/5 times a year and this is by far the best hotel we’ve been at and we will 100% be back!

Pros:

The man greeting us was lovely. Shown us round the hotel was really accommodating

Cons:

We went into the room there was a used vape under the bed, the bathroom smelt like a sewer, I have now got bites on my legs which I presume is from the bed as they shown up within a day of us leaving the hotel!

Fantastic
Pros:

I liked how inviting the landlord was, he was very helpful and always on hand if there was any issues. Everywhere was spotless the room me and my daughter stayed in was lovely and smelt lovely the bed was very comfortable too. My daughter especially loved the games room she was in her element. The food there was absolutely delicious they are the best burgers I’ve had even my fussy daughter said they were the best she’s had I highly recommend the burgers even the chicken goujons were spot on you also had a choice to either have it in your room or in the dining area. We had our breakfast there and it was lovely too. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and we will absolutely be staying here again my daughter can’t wait to go back.
