Pros:

The hotel was lovely and clean, the rooms were spotless, modern and very well maintained.
The host who greeted us and booked us in was lovely. He gave us a mini tour of the hotel and its many amenities before we got to our room (this was the first time I'd experienced this as usually the front desk just give you your key and move you on) and provided us with loads of information.
The hotel is in an excellent location, its about a 3 minute walk to the sea front which was perfect.
We visit Balckpool every year for a mini break and this will now be our go-to hotel to stay at 😊

Big let down
Pros:

Staff were lovely and accomodating

Cons:

Our beds were uncomfortable. The carpet was dirty. Our bathroom was dirty, small and unventilated. Our bedroom window was broken. The room was tiny and very hot all the time. It ruined our holiday as we had to pay extra for a fan and all the additional facilities in the hotel were at an extra cost too. We were so sad that the room was not how the pictures looked. It was very misleading and disappointing. We feel we've lost out on hard earned money for a substandard hotel.

Pros:

Excellent place, great owner Conner. Couldn't do enough for you. Sorted parking, anything we needed was done. The no drinks facilities in the room is a bit weird as we always have brews but a coffee machine is available downstairs.
