One of the nicest b&b in the area, in a great location to what we came to Blackpool for.

lovely rooms very clean staff friendly owner couldn’t do more always there when needed lovely man he was will definitely be returning had a lovely time.

Very small room and bed really uncomfortable .the staff turned he druke box off with out telling us and we put money in .no tea or coffee in room .coffee machine down stairs which cost me £9 for tea and a coffee . because it only filled the cups up quarter way so had to pay twice . Very small shower tollet cold shower
