Awesome Staff , good food, great nights sleep.
Pros:

Staff are awesome here and service in the restaurant and bar is exceptional. Food great and a very canny pint of Guinness. Rooms are great with some very lovely antique furniture.

Value for money, and i always go back year after year.

Staff were friendly and polite and it was clean. Location was decent.

I think the price of alcohol at the bar was insanely high considering wetherspoon was less than 100 steps from the hotel door. A pint of Tennents lager at the hotel was over £5 but at Wetherspoon's the same pint was £2.80. My bed was also small and uncomfortable. There was also no toilet brush in the bathroom. I've stayed at youth hostels for £30 a night that had comfy mattress and a toilet brush. We didn't use the restaurant because we felt it was over priced. From the bedroom to the booze and the grub in-between. It seems like a money making racket designed to hit the tourist wallets. We went for Traditional home cooked Moroccan food at a small family run restaurant round the corner. The food there was exceptional and it only cost £24 for me and my wife and that included drinks. We also went to a all you can eat chip shop buffet that cost £15 per person.

A bit complicated to find the public car park. In the end I parked on a side street about five minutes away.

Ok für eine Nacht.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Die Preise für eine Nacht waren günstig.

Cons:

Das Haus ist - wie die ganze Stadt Arbroath und deren High Street - jedoch in einem schlimmen Zustand.
Bar und Restaurant waren gut.

Okay für eine Nacht
Pros:

Gute Lage - etwas schwierig zu parken, aber es ist möglich.

Cons:

Zimmer hat etwas nach Rauch gerochen, Bad an vielen Stellen rostig, Ausblick leider nur auf dreckiges Dach vom Nebenhaus.
