The hotel is near the grocery shops, restaurants, and bus stations.

Cons:

The double bed in the family room was extremely hard and very uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. I left the hotel with severe back pain because of the mattress.

I was also very disappointed to discover that my Gucci perfume and my gold earrings, which I had left on the bedside table, were missing after the room was cleaned. I believe they were taken during housekeeping.

Another issue was the housekeeping service. While the towels were replaced, the bed sheets were never changed during our stay. We had to sleep on the same sheets for the entire duration of our visit, which was unacceptable.

Πολυ καλό και φυσικά φιλικό προσωπικό.

Τα δωμάτια πολύ μικρά. Ίσα ίσα μπορούσαμε να περπατήσουμε με τα πράγματα και τα παιδιά. Για την τιμή που πληρώσαμε ήταν πάρα πολύ υπερτιμημένο. Οι τοίχοι βρώμικοι μέσα οι ντουλάπες το μπάνιο είχε υγρασία. Όπως είπα και στον ιδιοκτήτη σίγουρα πρέπει να τα ανακαίνιση. Και το κρεβάτι για τα παιδιά πάνω κάτω το πάνω χωρίς προσατευτικο και τα παιδιά ειναι ακόμα μικρά.

L'hotel si trova in un ottima posizione, a 10 minuti dalla metro Ottaviano e dai musei Vaticani. La zona è molto tranquilla e abbiamo dormito tranquillamente anche grazie ai letti e ai cuscini molto comodi.Il proprietario molto disponibile.

Дуже гарне розташування. До площи Святого Петра хвилин 10 пішки. Поряд метро, автобуси. Навколо багато продуктових магазинів, в тому числі 24 години працюючих. Гостиниця на 4 поверсі, є компактний ліфт, багаж вручну тягати не доведеться. Сама будівля приємна. Кімната компактних розмірів, але за рахунок того що ліжко стоїть на дуже високих ножках, валізи легко заходять під нього та не займають корисну площу. Загалом в номері було чисто, всі поверхні чисті, постіль чиста, унітаз, рукомийник та душова кабіна також. Але... лійка від душу надзвичайно брудна. Повністю вкрита вапном та чорним склизьким грибком/брудом. Це здивувало, бо скільки вона може коштувати? Можна хоч кожен місяць міняти, або просто протерти... Кабінка дуже маленька, крупному чоловіку буде некомфортно митись, але загалом норм. Також постіль не дуже зручна, занадто м'які пружини, та коли хтось один перевертається, то іншого підкидає хвилею коливань )
Кондиціонер працював без нарікань, є тільки одна особливість - він вимикається автоматично якщо відчинити вікно. Не відразу це зрозумів, думав що зламався, але це цікаве інженерне рішення, щоб необачливі гості не охолоджували вулицю дарма.
В цілому враження від готелю непогані, але з душем то біда.

First of all, I was disappointed with the cleanliness. Although the room was supposedly cleaned every day, in reality it was only tidied up. During our 5-day stay, I never saw any new amenities provided or the towels changed. The facilities were also quite poor. The hair dryer and air conditioning were very old. The coffee and refreshments were low quality

The hotel is located in an old building, but it seems that nothing has been renovated or improved over the years. The owner was not particularly friendly or attentive either. The location of the hotel was only acceptable.

Overall, the hotel did not meet any of our expectations.

Pulizia della camera, disponibilità del personale, comodità del materasso. Ci hanno messo a disposizione la culla (lettino da viaggio), con relative lenzuola, cuscino e anche una mussola, perfetto per la bimba.

Cons:

Il climatizzatore rinfrescava un po', ma non tantissimo. L'ingresso dell'ascensore condominiale è stretto, cosa peraltro comune in edifici di questo tipo, ma il passeggino leggero ci entrava comunque.
