Location, food, drink, most of the staff.
The lift was not working, broken tiles in the bathroom floor, mould around shower tray, shower tray cracked, bedside lights not working, torn bed headboard, coffee machine was not working, cups were dirty, cutlery and dishes dirty at breakfast, and a very rude and impatient women at breakfast who was clearly teaching a young girl.

Location
Overall place needs complete refurb. Rooms dim and drab. No tea coffee facilities in the room. Tv had poor channel selection. Carpet was dirty. Bathrm felt grubby.
Was in easy distance from the port of Rosslare
There seems to be a little more maintenance needed in various areas.

At Reception i was told that Breakfast could be a problem as i needed to leave by 7:30 and breakfast didnt start till then, I fully intended on having breakfast and I later found out the ferry was delayed so expecting an enjoyable cooked breakfast before my trip.
No breakfast available at 7:30, Ferry was delayed & i had ample time to have a cooked breakfast as i had paid for it but unfortunately there wasn't any available.
Also the toilet is way to close to the sink and made it very uncomfortable indeed!

Very friendly service and staff. Hotel is close to the beach, free parking, breakfast included.
Dirty carpet in the room, dust on the bedside tables, leaky bath, low water preasure, no cold cuts or cheese board when it should be there, no scrambled eggs, everything has to be ordered when it should be ready and available

We were able to have a light continental breakfast at 06.30 before leaving to catch the early morning ferry to Fishguard. The evening meal was also good.
The lift was out of order so it was a bit of an effort up 2 flights of stairs.
