We've just returned from a week at Seth Santo Tomás with our one-year-old, and everything was spot on.
The biggest selling point is the beach access: one small gate from the garden and you're on the sand. With a toddler and all the gear that comes with them, that convenience is priceless. Santo Tomás beach itself is beautiful — soft sand, calm shallow water, perfect for little ones taking their first steps in the sea.
The hotel is immaculate. Rooms were spotless and well looked after, the air conditioning worked brilliantly, and the gardens are genuinely lovely — plenty of shaded corners to escape the August heat. The outdoor pool with sea views is a real treat, and the complimentary spa meant we could each take a proper break during nap times.
Special mention to the staff, who were exceptionally warm and helpful throughout. At the restaurant they offered a high chair straight away and were happy to accommodate our little one. The buffet was varied and good quality, with fresh local produce.
Santo Tomás is a peaceful, low-key resort — exactly what we wanted for a relaxing holiday. We'll be back without hesitation. Thank you to the whole team!

Super stay. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this friendly and well run hotel. Rooms clean and comfortable as was rest of hotel. Food excellent with great choice. Adequate sun beds around pool. Such friendly and helpful staff. The reception staff went above and beyond when a member of my family was taken ill. Her efforts to help were so much appreciated as was everyone's concern in the aftermath. 1st class experience and we will certainly return.
Lovely spacious room with comfortable bed, good shower, fridge, safe, lots of cupboards and full length hanging space. Enjoyed having a balcony with sea view. Good breakfast with eggs cooked to order and a plentiful supply of everything. Very efficient, helpful and friendly staff.
Great location on the sea front with a pedestrian footway from one end of town to the other (access through the gate near the swimming pool).
The nearest bus stop is to the left on the main road outside the next door hotel with buses direct to Mahon and Ciutadella. Another one is just slightly further away to the right outside the supermarket - handy for stocking up on water after a long day out! The timetable is on the bus stop and you pay the driver.
It was easy to hire a car for one day through the hotel's recommended supplier along the main road. (Scan the QR code in reception to book with a small discount.)
We enjoyed the hotel's Malibu restaurant and bar on the sea front. There are other good restaurants a short walk away.
We didn't particularly like the landscaped area with bushes surrounding sun beds. The bushes are too high and block any breeze that might come off the sea and also completely block any view of the surroundings. Luckily we always managed to find sun beds in the pool area.
We tried the hotel dinner buffet one night but weren't very impressed. It's probably advisable to arrive promptly at 19:30 to ensure any particular dishes you want to try don't run out.
No hair conditioner or shower caps supplied (but I took my own).

No king bed and the room was too basic. Acoustics can be improved.
