Decoration de la chambre un peu fade mais belle vue. Parking trop petit et à réserver à l’avance.
Gli arredi, i letti comodi, uno staff sempre sorridente gentile e molto professionale. Il cibo di eccellente qualità con materie prime sempre fresche e grande varietà per tutti i gusti ed esigenze. Pulizia e ordine impeccabili sia in camera che negli spazi comuni. Un hotel che merita una stella in più da tutti i punti di vista.
Per tutto il periodo di permanenza non ho trovato alcun motivo per lamentarmi.

The reception staff are just wonderful. From the moment we stepped into the hotel as a very stressed family of 5 (our villa was not as advertised and we had to leave it), we knew we were in safe hands. Our shoulders dropped and we were made to feel so welcome. We cannot wait to return and look forward to seeing those smiling faces and beautiful staff at reception again. Heartfelt thanks to you.

We've just returned from a week at Seth Santo Tomás with our one-year-old, and everything was spot on.
The biggest selling point is the beach access: one small gate from the garden and you're on the sand. With a toddler and all the gear that comes with them, that convenience is priceless. Santo Tomás beach itself is beautiful — soft sand, calm shallow water, perfect for little ones taking their first steps in the sea.
The hotel is immaculate. Rooms were spotless and well looked after, the air conditioning worked brilliantly, and the gardens are genuinely lovely — plenty of shaded corners to escape the August heat. The outdoor pool with sea views is a real treat, and the complimentary spa meant we could each take a proper break during nap times.
Special mention to the staff, who were exceptionally warm and helpful throughout. At the restaurant they offered a high chair straight away and were happy to accommodate our little one. The buffet was varied and good quality, with fresh local produce.
Santo Tomás is a peaceful, low-key resort — exactly what we wanted for a relaxing holiday. We'll be back without hesitation. Thank you to the whole team!
