Good place in central location.
Pros:

Rooms are clean, everything worked, there was an AC which is very appreciated. Lounge room is great, we could sit down and do some work before the day. Location is well connected, albeit the city center is quite... weird. There are blinders on windows, which is good. No issues with the washroom or beds or the room itself. Beds were soft, no discomfort after a night of sleep. Check in was smooth. We had to do an early checkout, and it was resolved relatively quickly.

Cons:

It takes a moment to find the entrance. While the self check-in is convenient, it felt a bit weird compared to other hotels - why did they need to know my nationality? The beds were relatively narrow, my travel companion almost fell down during the stay. Also, early checkout was a bit cumbersome - we had an opportunity to leave earlier, but I had to go downstairs, ask Barista to call a colleague, and only after ~10 minutes were we sure that we checked out properly. Also, sound isolation is not perfect - during the night, I heard neighbors using their washrooms, water flowing, AC making weird noises. In general, I felt like I haven't really properly slept, even though I woke up rested, so maybe I was just weary of sleeping in a new place. Breakfast price is also pretty steep, though I guess it is expected from a fancy coffee shop, but there are several bakeries in the neighborhood.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war tiptop. Super sauber, super bequeme Betten und alles da was man braucht.
Aufzug funktionierte einwandfrei und das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker und ausreichend.

Cons:

Man hatte das Gefühl, dass das Personal im Laden & an der Rezeption eher weniger motiviert und happy waren. War ein bisschen schade.

Lige i centrum med nem parkering i parkeringshus til 14 euro pr. døgn. Pæne og meget rene værelser. Der var meget stille på værelserne. Fin morgenmad til prisen.

Nettes Personal.

Cons:

Leider funktionierten ein paar Dinge nicht (TV, Zimmerreinigung).
Um diesen Preis (selbst mit teilweisen Lösungsvorschlägen seitens des Personals) absolut inakzeptabel.
Hatte das Gefühl das das Hauptaugenmerk auf dem Coffeeshop lag und nicht auf dem laufenden Hotelbetrieb - sehr schade, bei diesem Konzept muss beides passen!
Des Weiteren sollte man bereits vor der Buchung auf die bestehende Baustelle hinweisen. Good to know: Es gibt leider nur Synthetikbettwäsche und die Klimaanlage lässt sich nicht gut regulieren. In der Nacht ist es aufgrund der Lage nicht empfehlenswert hinaus zu gehen. Würde ich nicht erneut buchen.

Pros:

Easy, modern and clean. I personally love all the modern gadgets but it's not for everyone.

Cons:

A hotel as modern as this should have information in English. I had to translate everything, it's okey (I know I'm in Germany) but it's not very user-friendly.

Except from this I have no complaints at all.
