Friendly front desk lady! Clean and nice decor
Cant enter as most hotels thru front door which is always locked for some reason. Probably cause not in the best area i assumed. Poor instructions to enter on the side.
The balcony room is always pleasant also the staff is always friendly, I enjoyed the new items on the menu.
When I first arrived I was greeted by such a nice young lady, she gave me my room key but as I entered the room it was occupied, thank goodness nobody was there, also once I got my corrected room, I left out early the next day and phoned the front desk for housekeeping, this was at 10:00am by the time I came back to my room at 4:00pm here was no housekeeping done, I had to ask one of the ladies in the hall to come clean my room.
The staff was friendly. The food was very good.
The furniture was so low to the floor. It was uncomfortable for my tall husband. Even the bed was low to the floor.
Stayed for my Birthday and the entire staff was absolutely fabulous and room was wonderful! xx D
I love everything about this hotel. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Location is perfect! Grilled Ruben sandwich is my favorite from the restaurant. Valet staff is quick to retrieve car and very pleasant to interact with.
constant slamming of bathroom door from room above me, sounded like weights being dropped or bowling balls on ceiling during late hours and dog barking across hall during the day while trying to work. View was absolutely horrible this time but loved the room otherwise

This was my seventh time visiting this hotel . I have no complaints Always a great experience
Horrible service standards. Front desk needs to be trained on communication skills in service industry. First night and really disappointed. Possibly one of the worst Marriott properties in terms of service standards and quality of front desk staff and guest services. Possibly short staffed as well trying to cut down costs but causes lot of inconveniences. Have stayed in other autograph collection properties across different countries and not experienced such level of service standards. Lot to be desired from this hotel and for what one pays. Possibly meets the cut for a 3 star and frankly have had better experience with some of the Marriott 3 star properties.

Saturday night was busy in the roof top bar. Good for the hotel but too much for me.
was there for family event in the area, stayed the weekend with wife. Hotel is average in terms of the property, amenities, rooms. Only option to park was valet ($40/night). Parking attendants and front desk staff very nice. We are bonvoy members but doesn't seem to get anything special. We were in a corner room on 5th floor. Nice size room and bathroom. The lighting by bathroom sink could of been brighter and there were no towel racks in bathroom. Bed mattress too soft, sunk in, not firm at all. We didn't eat any meals there so can't comment on food. I did use gym one day, average equipment. Overall average Marriott quality, nothing special but was convenient for our needs.
