Flott hotell som anbefales på det sterkeste.
Pros:

Rent og pent.Hyggelig personale. Flott frokostbuffet. Ble møtt av en blid og høflig gutt hver morgen.

Lovely staff and great location for our needs.
Pros:

The staff were great. Especially Peter, Cara and Santosh.
The food in the restaurant was delicious. Location near train station was convenient. A nice stroll to old town. Lovely comfy bed. Nice towels and linen. Great coffee pods.

Cons:

Fue muy difícil encontrar la entrada del hotel. Llegamos a la madrugada y estuvimos caminando alrededor de una hora, dando vueltas con el equipaje hasta que alguien nos ayudó. Fue muy estresante y lo pasamos muy mal. Casi tuvimos que buscar otro hotel para pasar la noche. A los próximos viajeros les cuento que hay que subir las escaleras que están a la derecha de la salida de la estación de trenes y caminar hasta el final de ese piso. No es para nada evidente el acceso al hotel.

Thank you for the upgrade from superior room to premium room. The premium room is spacious and clean!

Perfect location: The location is unbeatable- it is very close to the train station and within 15 mins walking distance to the major attractions of the old town.

Outstanding breakfast and staff at restaurant: Wide variety of fruits, hot plates, smoothies and home-made desserts have been served.

Complimentary cold water and small cakes are available in the hotel lobby. It is a very thoughful gesture, especially durinng the hot weather in July.

Wonderful stay at Radisson Blu Bruges!

We had a fantastic stay at Radisson Blu Bruges. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The hotel was modern, clean and beautifully presented, and our room was comfortable, spacious and perfect for our family.

The location was excellent — very convenient for exploring Bruges, with easy access to the city centre and transport. We also really appreciated having parking available, which made travelling by car so much easier.

Breakfast was lovely, with plenty of choice and something for everyone. The whole hotel had a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

We were visiting Bruges for a special family occasion, and Radisson Blu made it feel even more special. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bruges, especially families.

Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable! We hope to come back soon. ❤️

Wir werden kein Radisson Brügge mehr buchen!! Für die Leistungen viel zu überteuert
Cons:

Im Bad hing ein alter Ersatzspiegel ohne Licht, der schon an den rändern angelaufen war, dadurch war es im Bad sehr dunkel. Das WC war separat aber viel zu eng. Das Toilettenpapier war bei Anreise eine halbe Rolle, am 2 Tag wurde gar kein neues bereitgestellt. Die Nespressomaschine war sehr alt, ohne Deckel und die Kapseln wurden am 2 Tag nicht mehr aufgefüllt. An der Rezeption war immer nur ein Mitarbeiter auch beim auschecken und die Freundlichkeit hielt sich in Grenzen.
