Un hôtel pratiquement situé à côté de la gare de Bruges. Facile d'accès donc. Un personnel hyper serviable, tant à l'accueil qu'en salle du petit-déjeuner. Ils préviennent même dix minutes avant la fin du buffet pour pouvoir se resservir. Fameux petit-déjeuner par ailleurs, avec des chouettes.commandes possibles en cuisine et des bons produits. Chambre cosy et confortable avec le nécessaire habituel. Salle de sport correcte même si assez petite.
Le bruit de la ventilation dans la sdb qui fonctionne toute la nuit. Les gigantesques travaux d'excavation juste à côté. Les rideaux qui ne ferment pas convenablement et entièrement. Malgré une bonne literie, le sommeil fut agité. Dommage 😭

Nous étions 2 et n'avions qu'une seule chaise dans une grande chambre et aussi à l'arrivée une petite bouteille d'eau pour 2

The hotel is very modern and located 5 minutes walk from Bruges station very convenient when arriving or leaving. Walk to the edge of city centre takes 10 minutes, maybe 20 minutes until you reach the centre itself but as always in Bruges it is a pleasant walk. The room was confortable with all amenities (safe, fridge, coffee-making). The staff at the reception was polite and courteous. We did not have breakfast so I cannot comment on it To be noted that there are big construction works going on (even on Saturday) on the side of the hotel which our room overlooked but the thick glazing in the windows meant we did not hear anything at all so we slept very soundly.
The location does not have any charm as this just a new area or hotels and appartments/offices next to the train station, but as I said it is convenient if you arrive by train (or by car as there is a parking below the hotel). However, you have to take some stairs from the station to reach the platform where the hotel stands: there are automated stairs but they seem not to have worked for a while (as already pointed by other commenters), we did not ask if there is another way of reaching the hotel but just a way of warning for those with limited mobility or with heavy luggage. The price of the room was quite steep but I understand this may be due to heavy demand in Bruges. The room was confortable enough but the air conditioning was very strong and there seemed to be no way to regulate it, we had to resort to switched it off completely when it was too cold and then on again after a while. Also, although we stayed two nights the staff did not replace the used coffee sachets from the first day so we could not prepare coffee in the second day (we could have asked in the reception for more sachets but we only noted it at the last moment).
