This hotel is an absolute joke. The staff are incompetent.
I went out to a party and met a man who offered to take me back to the hotel by taxi so I wouldn’t have to return alone. I thought he was being nice, but once we arrived at the hotel, he got it into his head that we were going to my room to have sex. I refused and headed towards the reception desk, but he started causing a scene and grabbing me.
I typed a message in Hungarian using Google Translate to ask the receptionist for help. But instead of asking him to leave the hotel or calling the police, what did she do? NOTHING!
The argument with this man escalated so badly that he started punching me in the face and head right there at the reception desk. Only then did that idiot finally wake up and realise that perhaps she should call the police. By that point, however, the attacker had already fled.
There was not even any security at this hotel — just one woman working at the reception desk throughout the night, who clearly couldn’t care less when you are in danger. This is an absolute disgrace!
When the police arrived, it turned out that the hotel’s security cameras were not even working, so the incident was not recorded, and this man will not face any consequences.
I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel, not even for a single night!!!

Jättefint och rent Hotell med bra personal!! I receptionet har jobbade en tjej som var jätte snäll med oss, och hjälpsamt . Hon heter Mary.
På sista dagen våras flygplan har gick ikväll.Vi utcheckat kl 10.00, och hon vaktade våras väskor i hotellet till ikväll !
Hotellet var jätte rent, bytade handdukar och shampoo varje dag! Hotellet är jätte nära till Centralstation, Busstationen,och spårvagn.
Flygplatsen är bara 26 minuter från hotellet
A személyzet kedves, segítőkész. Ugyan külön kell fizetni érte, de a szállásnak saját parkolója van. Kisbabával voltunk, így külön kiemelendő, hogy a gyönyörű Óhegy park 10 perc sétára van a szállástól. Babakocsit odáig végig lehet normális minőségű járdán tolni. A város autóval könnyen megközelíthető.
Zuhanyfüggöny azért már csereérett lenne :)
