Ecxcellent service
Pros:

The service was excellent. The staff (Parry,Ju and Bella) were warm, welcoming, and always smiling. They explained the afternoon tea set thoroughly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I really loved it.

Boujee Bangkok hotel!
Pros:

We had two rooms for our family and family friends. Loved this hotel.

Best part was the delicious breakfast buffet that had so many different stations. Highly recommend.

The rooftop bar was a great spot with a stunning view.

Location of this hotel can’t be beat as can walk to lots of restaurants, bars and Terminal 21 shopping mall.

Wonderful experience
Pros:

Hotel is very clean and kept up. Staff was wonderful. Location is perfect if trying to enjoy Bangkok's nightlife. Will definitely stay here again when I return to Bangkok.

Perfect stay

Great Hotel, Awesome Service
Pros:

We had an excellent 4 night stay here and had nothing but good things to say about the hotel itself. The rooms were comfortable, AC was strong (which was needed!), the breakfast buffet was fantastic and varied, and the service was outstanding. My only real nitpick is that the location is more in a bar/restaurant area, and not in the like “center” so our tours all told us they wouldn’t pick us up from this hotel (too far from the city center according to them). Also, the pool area could use more shade during the heat of the day, and a cooler (temperature wise) pool would have really hit the spot in the afternoon sun. Otherwise, id highly recommend, especially if you have Hyatt status/club access to take advantage of all the amenities and the amazing breakfast.
