2度と行かない。
Cons:

客室の冷暖房が調節できない。全館共通の温度なので、寒ければエアコンの電源オフと書いてました。
そんなホテルはないと思います。
客室階ごとに喫煙エリアがありません。
予約する時は要注意です。

兎に角、温泉施設が豊富で良かった。
Pros:

シングルの部屋を使わせて頂きましたが、非常に綺麗でロケーションも良かったです。
また、食事の選択肢が多く、迷ってしまいました（笑）
温泉施設もバリエーションが豊富でした。
あまり旅行等をする方ではないのですが、現時点では一番泊まって良かった施設でした。
無料の送迎バス付なのに格安でこのクオリティは非常にありがたかったです。

Cons:

温泉施設は良かったのですが、只一つだけ残念に思ったのが岩盤浴コーナーの内装が薄暗く、非常に寂しく感じました。
その他の点としては、個室内で食べられる軽食類のバリエーションがもう少し欲しかったです(カップ麺やレンジアップ品等)展望の良いお部屋だったので、そこで一人で朝からゆったりと食事が出来る選択肢も欲しかった所です。

If I get there again, I will ask for a ocean view, the rooms look cleaner and have more natural ligh
Pros:

The location, the views and the hot natural water was enjoyable, breakfas buffet was good with a lot of options to choose from. The location views were very nice from the rooms facing the ocean also we saw the Mount Fuji from the restaurant window. In general it's a good place to visit.

Cons:

To get a bag with clothes and a towel, everyone was wering the same clothes in the hotel. Our room was smelly and even we inform to the front desk people they didn't do nothing about it, we try to upgrade the room but we couldn't. The rest was fine.

Sehr gutes Familienhotel für Menschen die Onsen mögen und Abends nicht raus möchten
Pros:

Sehr gutes optionales Frühstück. Die Anlage hat neben den üblichen Onsen-Zimmern (Massagesessel, Manga-Leseecke, etc) auch über 7 Restaurants und ein Izakaya. Das hat uns besonders gefallen, da wir mit kleinen Kindern abends noch etwas essen konnten ohne das Hotel zu verlassen.

風呂が最高
Pros:

お風呂がたくさんあり、下手なスバより充実している。
色々なご飯屋さんが施設内にあるので飲食に困らない。

Cons:

焼肉の質は普通でした。
ただ雰囲気は昭和を感じさせてくれてなんか懐かしい感じです
