Glöm balkong- är en liten smal rökruta utan sittplatser ut mot trafiken. Sängen var 160 cm bred- vi föredrar 180 cm bred säng.
Izredno smo bili zadovoljni z nastanitvijo, hotel je čist, zajtrk odličen, prav tako lokacija. Priporočam.

Sobald man das Hotel betritt fühlt man sich wohl. Sehr nettes Personal, sehr sauber und schön eingerichtete Zimmer. Besonders gefallen hat mir das Bett mit der weichen Matratze. Ich habe noch nie so bequem in einem Hotelzimmer geschlafen wie hier. Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet war für mazedonische Verhältnisse sehr gut, es gab auch einen Korb mit frischem Obst. Wenn was gefehlt hat konnte man nachbestellen, der Mitarbeiter hat mir sofort frische Bananen gebracht. Die Lage ist top, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Alexanderplatz entfernt.
This hotel has one of the best location in town. Only two blocks from the grandiose city center and many of the local attractions. The room was very spacious and the beds very comfortable and tidy. The hotel is located on one of the the main avenues in front of the embassy of China. The reception staff is very kind and helpful; kudos to Dimitri, Ivan, and Jarko (spelling?) They truly go above and beyond to assist you eagerly in any of your needs.The breakfast was good too!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück war auch gut und für jeden was dabei. Und die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten waren fußläufig zu erreichen . Sehr gute Lage
We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The location is excellent very central and within walking distance of the main tourist attractions, the old bazaar, and many other places. The cleanliness was also beyond our expectations.
More importantly, the hotel staff were genuinely kind, caring, and extremely helpful. They assisted us with every small issue we had. A special thanks goes to Zoran, who was incredibly supportive. On the first day of our trip, we received a parking ticket, but unfortunately our cards were not accepted during the payment process. Zoran and Dimitr spent nearly 1.5 hours trying to help us solve the issue. When nothing worked, they even paid the fine using their own account, and we later paid back them in cash.
We would sincerely like to thank them and the entire hotel staff for their kindness and support. They made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable.
Tesiste 3 gece konakladık ve geçirdiğimiz her andan büyük keyif aldık. Otelin konumu oldukça merkezi; turistik noktalara, eski çarşıya ve birçok yere yürüyerek kolayca ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Temizlik konusunda da beklentimizin üzerindeydi.
Bunun yanında, otelin en etkileyici yanı kesinlikle çalışanların ilgisi ve yardımseverliğiydi. En küçük problemimizle bile içtenlikle ilgilendiler. Özellikle Zoran inanılmaz derecede yardımcı oldu. Tatilimizin ilk günü aracımız için park cezası aldık ve ödeme sırasında kartlarımız kabul edilmedi. Zoran ve Dimitr yaklaşık 1,5 saat boyunca bize yardımcı olmak için uğraştılar. Sorun çözülmeyince cezayı kendi hesaplarından ödediler, biz de sonrasında ödemeyi kendilerine elden teslim ettik.
Kendilerine ve tüm otel ekibine içten teşekkür ederiz. Gösterdikleri ilgi ve destek sayesinde çok güzel bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık.
As Turkish and Muslim, the absence of a bidet spray in the bathrooms and the presence of pork products at breakfast were the only negative aspects for us. However, we completely understand this situation, as the hotel welcomes guests from many different cultures and religions.
Despite this, the hotel staff were always very considerate and helpful. Every morning, they clearly informed us which products contained pork and which did not, allowing us to make our choices comfortably.
Thank you for everything, Alexander II team. Your kindness and hospitality made our stay truly enjoyable.
Türk ve Müslüman misafirler olarak, banyolarda taharet musluğu olmaması ve kahvaltıda domuz ürünlerinin bulunması bizim için olumsuz sayılabilecek noktalardı. Ancak otelin farklı din ve kültürlerden misafirleri ağırladığını bildiğimiz için bunu anlayışla karşılıyoruz.
Buna rağmen otel personeli bu konuda da oldukça ilgili ve hassastı. Her sabah hangi ürünlerde domuz katkısı bulunduğunu, hangilerinde bulunmadığını açıkça belirttiler ve biz de tercihlerimizi buna göre rahatlıkla yaptık.
Her şey için Alexander II ekibine teşekkür ederiz. Gösterdikleri ilgi ve misafirperverlik sayesinde çok güzel bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık.
