There are some fabulous hotels in Istanbul. This isn’t one of them.

petit déjeuner , emplacement bien .

Cons:

le personnel non accueillant , ne répond pas quand on les salue , racket les clients , la personne qui nous a accompagner dans la chambre , nous a réclamé des dollars ou de l euros , et surtout pas la monnaie locale , ce qui nous a beaucoup choqué . le lendemain au petit déjeuner la personne qui nous avait réclamée de l'argent n a pas répondu quand je l ai salué , et a tourner la tête , car le pourboire que je lui ai donner était en lira et non en dollars ou en euros . c est inadmissible , c est la première fois que ça nous arrive . je ne comprend pas les avis positifs . l hôtel ne mérite absolument pas les 4 étoiles . on a fait un hôtel beaucoup moins cher , et le personnel était beaucoup plus accueillant et plus sympathique . hôtel à fuir .

Très déçu.
Pros:

L emplacement et le petit déjeuner

Cons:

Le personnel est froid , certains ne répondent même pas quand on les salue , à part la femme de ménage qui est très gentille. le pire c'est le fait de nous avoir réclamé dès notre arrivée un pourboire , en dollars ou en euros , et surtout pas en monnaie locale . Nous avons trouvé cela inadmissible, c'est vraiment du racket. J ai fait part de cela à Mr Adnan , et aucune excuse de sa part même pas mot . Problème de chasse d eau , la sale de bain à besoin d'un rafraîchissement
et le matelat n'est pas très confortable.
Bref, ça ne mérite pas le prix, c'est la première et la dernière fois. Je ne comprends pas les avis positifs.

Pros:

Das Personal war immer sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und alles frisch zubereitet.
Es wurde regelmäßig alles sauber gemacht.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist die die Freundlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit und positive Ausstrahlung von Ayşe,die im Frühstücksbereich arbeitet.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war etwas klein und nach vorn zur Straße raus. Das war manchmal doch ziemlich laut.

Pros:

Отличный отель. Номера оснащены всем необходимым, хорошая и удобная мебель. Каждый день предоставляется питьевая вода. Хороший завтрак. Приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Отель расположен на тихой улице, до основных достопримечательностей 5-10 минут.
