Leuk verblijf in de buurt van de Amphawa floating market
Pros:

- het heel vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel
- het ontbijt (beperkt aanbod, geen extraatjes, maar alles wat er nodig was: ei, yoghurt, toast)
- de nette en ruime kamer

Cons:

- de douche (zwakke straal + moeilijk om de temperatuur te regelen)
- de ligging is afgelegen (geen restaurants of zaken om te bezichtigen op wandelafstand): je hebt dus eigen vervoer nodig. Het personeel kan voor jou wel restaurants reserveren en op korte termijn een tuktuk regelen die je hiernaartoe brengt en(kostprijs: 60 baht). Ook naar de floating market kan je makkelijk met diezelfde tuktuk (binnen 10 minuten rijden met tuktuk ben je er)
- het hotel voorziet enkel ontbijt. Het hotel voorziet geen avondeten, en ook aan het zwembad kun je niets kopen om te eten of te drinken
- geen laundry service
Al bij al zijn dit details. Wij hadden een heel goed verblijf!

Amazing place with exceptional service.
Pros:

Excellent service from every member of the staff! Beautiful setting in a quiet neighborhood amidst coconut groves. Nice clean room with great views of the pool, canal and coconut groves.

It was just a wonderful and quiet escape from Bangkok.
Pros:

The breakfast wasn't opulent but freshly cooked and served nicely to a table next to the pool. The villa estate was presented in a nice colonial style and super quiet.

Cons:

There wasn't anything we didn't like.
The hotel provided bicycles free of charge. The nice Greenery Cafe is only short drive away, to eat at the nice Ranjuan Restaurant in Amphawa you have to take a tuk-tuk at the hotel.

Unglaublich schön und erholsam..
Pros:

Kaum angekommen fühlt man sich bereits wie Zuhause. Ein äusserst herzlicher Empfang von allen Mitarbeitern. Die Lobby ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Wir bekamen sogar gratis Fahrräder um zum nahegelegenen Nachtmarkt zu fahren!
Eine wunderbare Oase, mit einem äusserst liebevoll gepflegten Garten, einem schönen Pool, direkt am Fluss. Das Zimmer ist sehr speziell, sauber und schön gestaltet. Jeden Abend steht eine „Gute Nacht“ Überraschung bereit und das Bett ist aufgeschlagen. Unglaublich schöne Geste. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Hier darf und kann man ausruhen und einfach sein. Wir hatten leider einen zu kurzen aber sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank!

Etwas ab vom schuss. Ohne fahrzeug kommt man nich hin oder weg. Frühstück für Europäer überschaubar

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Amphawa. The property truly feels like a private villa – very family-run, warm, and welcoming. The garden with the beautiful pool overlooking the small river/canal is simply stunning and creates a relaxing atmosphere.

The staff are extremely kind and helpful, always making you feel at home. The absolute highlight for us was the breakfast on the outdoor terrace with a view of the garden and pool – simply fantastic.

A very special mention goes to Ms. Gift, the young chef in the kitchen, who prepares everything à la carte and serves it with a smile. It doesn’t get any better than this. Truly a TOP recommendation!

Lovely hotel, only stayed one night so did not get to use all the facilities but rooms were lovely and comfortable and breakfast was good.
