1.Staffs are not able to talk in English.
2. They deposited 500 rmb more then bills, which they said refund but still I don't have received. I said that I am foreigner and it's not easy to send money back to my account. But, they said it's rules.

it’s an international destination no one was able to speak english and even the receptionist wasn’t able to express himself - restaurants all closed from 9 except the chinese one open but most of the dishes wasn’t available . we struggled for dinner

Quite enviroment but very inconvenience to be there.
Nice area, fresh air, quiet, good breakfast, but the dinner and room service is only available up to 9pm
It is a truly wonderful hotel…except they have only one English Channel in the tv and that is only English sometime. it needs to have a couple of English speaking channels for the foreigners who need to hear something other than Chinese…other than that it’s a truly wonderful place

Please turn on the air conditioner, and it makes customers feel comfortable without sweat whole the day.
Breakfast was excellent, facilities were great.
Language barrier can be a little bit difficult but overcome with translator app. Travelled for business and needed use of a business room for a 30 minute meeting but was not allowed to use. Use of outdoor pool at night would also be preferrable.

The hotel lobby and room are very spacious. Amenities are new. The breakfast buffet was ok.
We arrived at the hotel at around 4:10 in the afternoon, had to wait for over 45 minutes to check in and most of the rooms are not yet ready. Terribly slow service
