Perfect Stay
Pros:

The location and the staff were all amazing. The room was neat, clean and larger than most rooms in Japan. The facilities were useful too.

Has a an onsen.
Great staff who are friendly
Washing machines are great, dont forget to get change. They have change machines at reception.

Cons:

Microwave in room would be great and chopsticks or cutlery.

Recommend this hotel for location, room size and facilities.
Pros:

Close to market and gardens/ palace. Easy bus from station. Excellent breakfast, and good sized room. Onsen was great. Loan umbrellas available for downpours!

Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Clim efficace. Bien équipé, moderne et propre.

Cons:

Refus de nous permettre le petit déjeuner car non commandé à la réservation. Personnel de l'accueil ne maîtrisent pas l'anglais, inacceptable pour un hôtel qui reçoit principalement des touristes
