Unfortunately, they never cleaned our room even when we asked for it! So we had to go to the front desk to ask for new towels, body wash (it was almost empty when we arrived) and more toilet paper!

Ubicación perfecta, habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas. El lobby muy lindo, buena piscina, el desayuno muy bien, faltan algunas cosas pero cumple. Muy buen hotel.

Fun and loved the poolside bar

Close to everything. Valet parking. The pool and hot tub.

Cons:

The pool and hot tub open at 6. We went down there at 7 and staff were still cleaning. The hot tub was cold. I don’t know what was going on but we were looking forward to the hot tub that morning so was very disappointed.
