Enjoyed our stay in Nashville
Pros:

Within walking distance of where we wanted to go
Very nice breakfast, beautiful pool area

Cons:

The piped in fragrant smell, overpowering!! I have asthma and had a difficult time being inside
Also, first hotel we’ve stayed at that didn’t provide bottled water in room

Great front desk service

Fantastic Front desk service!!

I was staying here for a wedding and had to print something out for the bride, which I had planned to do when I arrived. However, the morning of, I found out my flight was delayed and I wouldn’t have time to print it.

I called the front desk and asked for help. I spoke with Carolina and she was extremely friendly and helpful. She was able to print the document for me right away and helped me arrange to get it picked up. It was such a huge help for me and the bride, and I am so thankful.

Highly recommend this hotel due to their great customer service and friendly attitudes.

It was normal
Pros:

Location was great, the valet was very expensive but it was good just to call for the car and have it downstairs

Cons:

I was too expensive for the quality. I reserved a normal room, but I got a disable one because they were sold out. I asked for a pack and play a couple of days prior my arrival, but when I got to the room, I didn’t it on there. So I needed to wait almost an hour to get it. We arrived at 2am with a 1 year old baby. The breakfast was okay. I was really disappointed to see that I needed to use disposable utensils when the price of the staying was so elevated, I was hoping for something more.

Okay, but doesn't warranty a 4.7 on Trustpilot.
Pros:

No idea how this place gets a 4.7! The hotel itself (the public areas) such as the rooftop bar (shuts at 11:00), main bar (shuts at 11:30), reception, restaurant etc. are all welcoming and looked after - and it is pretty well located at a 10 minute walk from Broadway.

However, the room was a little knocked about, the aircon was noisy and right next to one of the beds - rather than being at ceiling height, there was a lack of decent lighting, there was no water in the room, and housekeeping is only every other day.

The breakfast is really, really average. If you want cakes, waffles, sweetened yoghurt, sugared cereals and white bread - this is your place! I would have hoped for a few more options on the healthier side. They do have fruit!
