A mixed bag - not for families
Pros:

The view of the mountains was great and the room was spacious - the pool is amazing to look at but our experience was tainted by the ‘club’ atmosphere

Some of the staff were very welcoming - the door staff, reception and the restaurant staff.

The breakfast was OK but not what you’d expect for the money.

Cons:

We were informed on booking that pool parties start in June, however we arrived in May for the first club day.

This is fine if you are wanting this atmosphere but not for a family holiday - from 10am there’s very loud club music playing which you can hear from your room (even with the doors closed!)

The security staff were incredibly rude when we arrived at the pool for the day, searching our bag & confiscating our bottle of water, informing us we had to sit on the back row sunbeds as the front ones were reserved for clubbing/day guests (who didn’t even arrive until after 1pm!) and telling our children (7 & 9yrs) they could only swim in the baby pool. I’ve never had an experience like it!

The main reason we chose the hotel was for the pool so this was a great shame and even when I complained to the hotel, nothing was done. Despite us paying a premium to stay there, compared to the day guests who got priority.

Overall, I would not book this hotel again for a family stay.

Good hotel
Pros:

The scenery is beautiful. Clean and dreamy. Great staffs and lovely meals at the Restuarant

Cons:

I stayed for 3 nights.

The sink was clogged on the first day, but this was resolved promptly after it was first reported but went back to be partly clogged by day two.

The bath water shield would not stay closed, so I had to use a towel to prop it in place during use.

On the final night, the digital room temperature control and in-room telephone stopped working. As it was very late and I was exhausted after a full day of activities, I decided not to go downstairs and simply slept through the uncomfortable warmth.

I reported the issue to reception at checkout, and the manager apologised and kindly offered cocktails as a gesture of goodwill, which was much appreciated, especially given the hot weather.

Great room
Pros:

The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and extremely attentive throughout our stay. Free parking was a great advantage, and the view from our balcony was absolutely incredible. We also really enjoyed the large indoor swimming pool and the huge breakfast buffet.

Cons:

However, there was a slight unpleasant smell in the bathroom, and the hotel was under construction during our stay.

Terrible resort not a 5 star more like 2 - 3 star
Pros:

The place was not as advertised in the photos. It was advertised as a 5 star resort and was nothing of the such. I couldn’t stay there and had to leave a book another hotel

Cons:

Rooms smelled like cigarettes, were run down and unclean

Schönes Hotel aber nichts für uns
Pros:

Es ist ein wirklich wunderschönes Hotel, das Personal war freundlich, der Poolbereich sehr schön, das Frühstück sehr lecker und das Zimmer /Bad ebenso sehr schön.

Wir waren in vielen Hotels im Land von günstig bis hochpreisig wie dieses, wir würden es nicht nochmal buchen, da wir uns in vielen anderen Hotels wohler gefühlt haben.

Cons:

Überall sind Kameras, man fühlt sich total überwacht, das empfand ich sehr unangenehm.
Das Personal war freundlich aber distanziert und wirkte einfach nicht so herzlich wie wir es gewohnt sind.
Der Diffuser im Flur war einfach viel zu viel

Sehr angenehmes und schönes Hotel
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Spa ist sehr schön. Das Gym ist mega gut ausgestattet!

Cons:

Das Frühstück war für die Preis-Klasse eher mittel und die laute Musik am Abend muss nicht sein.

Ce fut un séjour très agréable.
Pros:

Un personnel très à l’écoute et accueillant. Le cadre est exceptionnel, avec des infrastructures de grande qualité. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons vivement cet établissement.

Pros:

A bit far from Tirana but good and quiet location, the views were amazing and there was plenty of parking available. The pool terrace was nice and had a lot of sunbeds, there was a seating terrace to order food and drinks too but we only had drinks there which was okay. A few restaurants nearby, we went to The View which had very good food and only a few mins walk away so would recommend that. The breakfast was okay, a small selection and can order omelette, pancakes, waffles to be made fresh.

Cons:

When we checked into our room we noticed there were no towels available and we had to ask around for them to be brought to us and it took quite a while to eventually get them. The A/C in our room didn't work and the room was constantly at 25 degrees which was very uncomfortable at night. Even when we were adjusting the a/c down to 18 degrees it would flash and then go back to 25. We only noticed it wasn't working at night as we didn't spend much time in the room during the day so didn't think it was worth contacting reception as we were only staying one night. Based on how long it took us to get the towels earlier, we didn't want to risk being moved to a different room or someone coming in to fix it when we were already in bed bed so just opened the balcony door instead.

Also, most of the spa amenities were off when we were there (saunas and steam room were cold etc) which was pretty disappointing. Unfortunately we did expect better from the hotel with the way it was advertised
