Schönes Hotel, nettes Personal - lauter Poolbereich
Pros:

Besonders gefallen haben uns die aussergewöhnlich freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitenden. Das Hotel ist gross und bietet viele Annehmlichkeiten wie eine weitläufige Poolanlage, einen schönen Spielplatz und ein grosses Restaurant. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und abwechslungsreich. Ein besonderes Plus war, dass man zusätzlich frische Waffeln, Pancakes und Eierspeisen à la carte bestellen konnte.

Cons:

Das Hotel wirbt mit einer ruhigen, naturnahen Atmosphäre. Leider entsprach das während unseres Aufenthalts nicht ganz der Realität. Die Poolanlage wird tagsüber auch von vielen externen Gästen genutzt und entwickelt sich dadurch eher zu einer Party-Location. Ab etwa Mittag bis in den Abend läuft sehr laute Musik, die auch in den Zimmern deutlich zu hören ist. Ich bin grundsätzlich nicht lärmempfindlich, empfand die Lautstärke aber dennoch als sehr hoch. Wer als junges Paar einen lebhaften Pool mit Musik sucht, wird das wahrscheinlich mögen. Wer hingegen bewusst die Ruhe ausserhalb von Tirana sucht, sollte dies bei der Buchung berücksichtigen. Wir haben dann den Indoor Pool genutzt der aber auch noch im Bau/Umbau ist und vieles war jetzt nicht zu 100% sicherheitskomform (nägel im boden die herausstehen usw).

Not a real resort and not suitable for familes.
Pros:

The room was big and the internal pool where no external guests could use was nice.

Cons:

Not suitable for families. This property felt less like a resort and more like a pool party venue with accommodations attached. The pool area was not family-friendly. The music was extremely loud throughout the day and often included songs with explicit lyrics and vulgar language. Combined with the constant smell of cigarette smoke, it created an atmosphere geared more toward adults socializing and flirting than families with children.
Service was also disappointing. The hostess was consistently rude and unwelcoming, and it often seemed that external visitors were given priority over hotel guests. This made us feel undervalued despite being paying guests of the resort.
The breakfast was underwhelming and more comparable to what I would expect from a budget hotel. The selection was limited, and the black coffee was of particularly poor quality.
If you are looking for a lively party atmosphere, this property may suit your expectations. However, for families seeking a relaxing and family-oriented vacation, I would not recommend it.

Pros:

La chambre avec lit king size, baignoire jaccuzi et terrasse. La piscine extérieure, la vue et ses transats super confortables. La piscine intérieure, la salle de sport, le hammam, le sauna, le cold bath. Le room service , on vous sert un plateau repas selon votre demande. La musique extérieur festive, intérieur calme , petit déjeuner rock et années 80, et zen au coin spa et sport. Les prestations, manucure et massage en couple ( vraiment exceptionnel). Le petit déjeuner et le restaurant ( pizza 🍕 miam, rizzoto une tuerie et viandes délicieuses).
En fait on a tout adoré.

Cons:

La prestation laverie est assez chère ( c'est optionnel). Par contre , linge nickel ( bien lavé, qui sent bon et repassé proprement).

Vorsicht vor dem Lärmpegel vom Pool!

Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet und bietet einen sehr schönen Panoramablick.

Cons:

Die Musik des Pool-DJs ist dermaßen laut, dass es tagsüber unmöglich ist, sich entspannt im Zimmer aufzuhalten. Entweder man mag eine Ganztages-Poolparty mit anschließendem Gehörschaden, oder es ist besser den Tag außerhalb der Anlage zu verbringen und erst abends zurück zu kehren.

Ihana loma perheen kanssa tasokkaassa hotellissa.
Pros:

Hyvä hotelli ja kiva allasalue. Kuntosali oli iloinen yllätys. Viihdyimme tosi hyvin!

Cons:

Allasalueella oli musiikki jopa häiritsevän kovalla koko päivän. Altailla ei myöskään ollut suihkuja.
