Scenery and facilities

Rooms are a little bit outdated
The hotel grounds and pool area were beautiful, and our suite was very spacious and comfortable. The restaurant food was really nice and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was also enjoyable, although a little more variety would be nice. A special mention to Layla at breakfast, who was very attentive and always made sure we were okay. The porters were also extremely helpful and a real asset to the hotel.
The main downside was the pool service. Some of the staff were difficult to approach and it was often hard to get their attention. It also felt like a lot of the focus was on outside guests rather than hotel guests. I didn’t think it was fair that paying hotel guests had to pay the same additional prices for certain sunbeds and the VIP area, especially as VIP guests could have food brought to their sunbeds while we couldn’t.
The suite was spacious and comfortable, but the decor felt quite plain compared with the high standard of the outside areas. I also found the rule that outside food and drink can’t be brought into the hotel quite unusual.

המקום מהמם. בלי שביקשנו אחרי לילה ראו שאנחנו משפחה והציעו לנו חדר יותר גדול. הצוות מאוד מאוד עוזר. מקום נעים ונוף משגע והבריכות יפיפיות. ארוחת בוקר טובה מאוד. זה מקום ששווה לחזור אליו.
היו פעמים שביקשו מאיתנו לא להיות באזורים מסוימים מסביב לבריכה כשהיינו עם הילדים למרות שהיה רייק הכל היה פנוי.
בבריכה הפנימית הרצפה מאוד מאוד חלקה ולמדרגות אין פסים נגד החלקה. אבל אלו באמת דברים שוליים.
