Hôtel génial mais chambre décevante
Pros:

Très joli. Les piscines sont grandioses. Emplacement. Le restaurant est très bien.
Le personnel à l’accueil, à la piscine et le bagagiste sont supers.

Cons:

Bcp de bruits dans la chambre côté piscine, on entend le dj de la piscine. Pas de sieste possible.
Fuite dans la douche via la porte qui ne peut pas bien se fermer.
Odeur qui remonte car de l’eau stagne dans la douche.
La chambre familiale : il lui manque un rideau et l’obscurité ne peut pas se fait complètement pour la nuit.

Det var larm fra vinkelsliber og beton hammer.
Mangel på rengøring på altan, vin i mini baren var åben da vi ankom.
Personalet virkede trætte og 6 mænd højt talende gik og pakkede solsengen og parasoller sammen, så der ikke var nok til de indlogeret gæster.vi forlod hotellet før tid

Très belle vue et jolie chambre. Cadre agréable, avec un personnel sympathique.

Cons:

Chambre 315: climatisation extrêmement bruyante. Manque également quelques équipements pratiques dans la chambre et la salle de bain (espace pour poser les produits, porte-serviettes, support pour le gel douche). Le week-end, la musique de la piscine est extrêmement forte et rend le repos difficile. Notre dernière nuit a également été très compliquée à cause de voisins extrêmement bruyants, sans intervention du personnel malgré les nuisances.

Nice stay for the first part of Albania trip, good for couples, not five star though
Pros:

The hotel grounds and pool area were beautiful, and our suite was very spacious and comfortable. The restaurant food was really nice and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was also enjoyable, although a little more variety would be nice. A special mention to Layla at breakfast, who was very attentive and always made sure we were okay. The porters were also extremely helpful and a real asset to the hotel.

Cons:

The main downside was the pool service. Some of the staff were difficult to approach and it was often hard to get their attention. It also felt like a lot of the focus was on outside guests rather than hotel guests. I didn’t think it was fair that paying hotel guests had to pay the same additional prices for certain sunbeds and the VIP area, especially as VIP guests could have food brought to their sunbeds while we couldn’t.

The suite was spacious and comfortable, but the decor felt quite plain compared with the high standard of the outside areas. I also found the rule that outside food and drink can’t be brought into the hotel quite unusual.
