Für 1 Nacht reichts
Pros:

Das Bett war Frisch bezogen, ein Ventilator stand im Zimmer. Das war gut, da ein gekippt Fenster aufgrund der Lautstärke auf der Straße nicht möglich war.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist sehr sehr einfach eingerichtet. In meinem Zimmer standen 2 Metallbetten, die bei der kleinsten Bewegung quietschten. Die Ausstattung ist sehr abgenutzt. Kaputte stellen oder Scnmutz, dir nicht mehr zu säubern ist. Der Wasserkocher war voller Kalk und Restwasser. Es stehen Handtücher nur gegen 5 Euro Pfand pro Handtuch zur Verfügung. Schrauben an Lampen standen raus und der Shampoohalter war nicht richtig befestigt.

Pros:

Hotel canceled reservation without proper notice. When I arrived, hotel staff claimed that there is no room available. I had to book in a different hotel. It was a very stressful situation.

Pros:

Konum olarak ana tren istasyonuna yakın yürüyerek 6,7 dakikada ulaşabilir siniz. Otelin hemen karşısında market ve restoranlar var.

Cons:

Kaldığımız oda aşırı küçüktü iki tekli yatak vardı ve iki kişi aynı anda odada yürüyemiyordu.Tesiste ortak mutfak alanı gibi bir yer yok olduğunu da yazmamışlar zaten ve çalışanlar İngilizce bilmiyor.

Zur Gamescom in Köln war es ungefähr das letzte Zimmer, das wir in der Region finden konnten. Der Preis war im Vergleich mit anderen Angeboten sehr OK, aber auch nicht super günstig im Verhältnis zur Leistung..

Cons:

Das Zimmer lag einsam hinter den Büroräumen und Küche des Hotels, sehr abgeschieden. Es war, voll mit altem Zeug, wie eine Abstellkammer. Es fehlten aber ein Tisch und Nachtlichter am Bett, die wenigstens nutzbar gewesen wären. Das Fenster zum Innenhof ließ sich nicht richtig schließen, das fühlte sich nicht sicher an. Eine Rohrleitung brachte ständig Wärme in den Raum, lüften war nur schwer möglich und der Ventilator war sehr laut. Ein Lichtschacht war zudem direkt über dem Bett, insgesamt keine Verdunkelung. Das Bett war zu weich und das Laken hatte Blutflecken. Innenliegendes Bad mit Insekten, der Föhn war vom Alter verfärbt und es klebten Haare daran.

I had to cancel when checking in as there was no parking available. The listing advises private parking, but it is pnly when investigating further into levels of the listing that it is advised that parking needs to be reserved.

They are cheats… I need a refund of 1 day

Before I booked the hotel I informed them countless times that I will be arriving at 2am on the 26/08/2026 and leave on that same day 16hs in the afternoon..So I sent them messages through email, booking application and also WhatsApp to informing them and also enquiring about the price of it was likely for me to pay for a night. Upon reaching the entrance I stood there for more than an hour with my wife and my 5 yr daughter in the cold.. no one attended the telephone number they have left on their notice board, no one answered the door bell as well… after an hour an attendant responded the telephone..he refused to let us in because he said we only paid for day 26/08/26 which the check in is 11am on that day to 14hs the next day…. I had no option than to pay additional €72 to stay in the hotel from 3am on the 26/08/26 to 16hs of the same day… The total amount I paid in all was €143 just to stay for this short hours… I regard this as cheating
