Beautiful hotel, great food, very nice staff with different amenities!

When we arrived ,after a no show pick up at the airport ,nothing to do with the hotel ,there was a query about charges. For us ,it was already paid.. Bedroom was huge. Bathroom good apart from the mastic stopping the basin from leaking. Breakfast, …why did the man on the egg station, ignore me in favour of 4 black people who were behind me? Am I neurotic? After being ignored and being head of the queue, I think not. Bumped into the owner ,who seemed a nice man.Would I go back? No. Reception were ranging between helpful and really arrogant. Almost old world grandeur, but the place is only 10 years old. Ok, but not my idea of a good hotel.

Ontbijt was goed. Ruime keuze en lekker. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk en avondeten was ook prima. Een aanrader!

I enjoyed the dinner buffet from the hotel restaurant. The food was very tasty, I particularly liked the Avocado and mango salad, the beef stroganof, and the grilled tuna.
Also, all staff were very hospitable, warm and welcoming, and always checked on my satisfaction. I want to thank in particular Jackline, she's a star, very pleasant and friendly.

We hit the jackpot picking this hotel on our recent trip to Zanzibar. We were impressed with the appearance and layout. It has all facilities. We stayed in a lovely appartment with partial sea view and balcony. It had all amenities hairdryer, iron, safe , well equipped fridge plenty of water and soft drinks. Excellent WiFi.
The food was excellent and the the best asset to this hotel is the staff. Special mention to Chris at pool bar who kept us supplied around the pool. Elia the main bartender was also a lovely young man. The staff in the main dining area were amazing. Breakfast had a real wow factor catering for everyone with amazing coffee station, omelette/ egg station. Fruit, cheeses and anything you could want.
I must mention the more than adequate sun beds, fresh towels, lots of options of hammocks, 4 poster beds overlooking the sea, swinging beds or plain sun beds. The reception staff and manager were also fabulous assisting with taxi transfers and room extensions with flight changes. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location, complimentary airport transfer, great for trips all over the island. Fabulous staff in all departments. Staff helped with everything from towels for trips, exceptional service, friendly and welcoming. Lovely appearance and plenty of lovely places to enjoy the sea views.
