Pros:

After 57 bookings this is by far the best one.
Family owners are so nice and everything was perfect.
Complete cleaning of rooms everyday, new towels, clean sheets, clean floors, everything.
Perfect and big breakfast, everything working, private parking, big balkon and big bed.

Felt more like home than a hotel – outstanding hospitality and unforgettable sea views.
Pros:

One of the best hotel experiences my wife and I have ever had.

From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed, not as guests, but as part of a family. The owners were incredibly kind, caring, and always available whenever we needed help or advice.

There was a small misunderstanding regarding our room at the beginning. Although our original room was already beautiful, we preferred a different location. What impressed us most was how quickly and sincerely they tried to help. By the very next day, they had made a real effort to find another room that suited us better, and they changed it without any extra charges or complications. Their priority was simply making sure we were happy.

The hospitality was exceptional. Every interaction was warm, respectful, and genuine. They constantly checked if everything was fine and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay.

The hotel itself was wonderful, with a breathtaking sea view and a relaxing atmosphere that made our vacation even more special. But what truly makes this place unique are the people behind it.

My wife and I travel to relax and feel at home, and honestly, this was one of the very few places where we felt even more comfortable than at home. That says everything.

We are already planning to return to Albania, and when we do, we will definitely stay here again, this time for a longer period.

Thank you for everything. We will remember your kindness for a very long time and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Albania.

It was fantastic! The room was big, clean, balcony with chairs and table with beautiful views. Family run and so helpful. Breakfast was good. Close to everything!

I proprietari persone squisite e sempe disponibili, parlano entrambi italiano quindi la comunicazione è semplice. Se torniamo a Saranda alloggeremo ancora in questa struttura.

Struttura consigliata vicinissima al centro, con gestori carinissimi. Da rivedere la colazione
Pros:

La struttura, a poco più di 5 minuti a piedi dal centro (in salita ma fattibile), ci ha proposto una camera accogliente, molto luminosa e con balcone vista mare. Dotata di mini frigo, aria condizionata, televisore, appendiabiti, balcone con tavolino e sedie e piccolo stendino. La struttura, recentemente ristrutturata, si trova nella strada d'ingresso al paese (per questo molto trafficata) che dà la possibilità di spostarsi facilmente tra il centro e le varie spiagge del e fuori il paese; inoltre è dotata di parcheggio e nel prezzo del pernotto è inclusa la colazione da scegliere, tra le opzioni proposte, la sera prima attraverso un link fornito dai gestori. La ragazza che ci ha accolto, che parlava in italiano, è stata molto gentile, cordiale e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Comunicazione non rapidissima su booking, ma veloce tramite whatsapp dopo la prenotazione. Pulizia e cambio asciugamani giornalieri.

Cons:

Il bagno era moderno e da poco ristrutturato ma ma piccolino e nonostante ci fosse su un lato il vetro doccia, l'acqua schizzava ovunque bagnando tutto attorno (wc e pavimento). Viene inoltre fornito solo il bagnoschiuma. Da migliorare l'offerta della colazione che dovrebbe essere più variegata, aggiungendo più opzioni (ad esempio caffè ristretto, cappuccino, torte e marmellate varie) o variando giornalmente. Il secondo giorno, tornati in struttura, abbiamo trovato la camera aperta con le chiavi appese che la struttura ha giustificato come dimenticanza dell'idraulico post intervento, ma non era stato toccato nulla (può capitare, ma un po' di attenzione in più non guasta). Comunque struttura consigliata.

dhomat ishen shume te bukura dhe te pasterta. lokacioni ishte shume i mire sepse vetem 3 minuta me kembe kishe afer cdo gje, supermarkete lokale dyqane etj.
Mendoj se pika e me forte e ketij hoteli ishte stafi, ishen shume mikprites dhe shume te sjellshem dhe te ndihmonin per cdo pyetje qe kishem.
E rekomandoj me gjithe qejf per kedo qe vjen ne Sarande. <3

La colazione ottima. Crepes dolci fatte in casa buonissime. La proprietaria gentilissima, simpatica, disponibile e sempre con il sorriso.

Cons:

Sarebbe necessaria un’ascensore sopratutto per chi alloggia all’ultimo piano e la colazione dovrebbe essere più varia per chi rimane più tempo nella struttura.

A fuir absolument si vous voulez vous reposer
Pros:

L'hôtesse était souriante, le petit-déjeuner préparé Maison, la disponibilité d'une place de parking et l'allée de la plage à 15 minutes à pied.
Comme il y avait peu de monde dans l'hôtel, l'hôtesse nous a proposé une chambre avec vue mer-autoroute et un petit balcon, où il est impossible de discuter tellement le bruit de la circulation domine, mais où l'on peut faire sécher ses affaires néanmoins.
Ce sont les seuls points positifs de cet hébergement que nous vous recommandons de ne pas choisir.

Cons:

L'hôtel surplombe l'autoroute de l'entrée dans Sarranda, une 2 x 2 voies, et l'hôtel est distant de 50 m d'un rond-point pétaradant en pente. Vous ne raterez rien des klaxons locaux, des bruits de frein et des pots d'échappement qui accélèrent. Le sommeil nous a pris à Minuit-1 h pour un réveil à 4 h quand la ville et les travailleurs s'éveillent. Une climatisation bruyante, orientée sur nos épaules, et une isolation phonique défaillante nous ont épuisés. La 1ère chambre proposée, estampillée "Booking standard" n'avait pas de fenêtres. Au 2ème étage, une deuxième chambre "Booking standard" dotée d'une lucarne avec un rai de lumière car l'hôtel est adossé à la falaise...
L'hôtesse ne parle pas anglais, de sorte que la communication n'est pas aisée quand bien même elle se donne du mal avec son portable et le logiciel de traduction simultané.

Presque tout était parfait. Localisation parfaite, bel appartement, parking privé, personnel très très sympatiques, service de chambre excellent! Nous recommandons cet endroit à 100%!

Cons:

Les seuls trucs à améliorer ne sont rien de majeurs, mais voici la liste des choses qui n'était pas présentes ou défectueuses et qui selon moi est la norme pour un appartement où vous séjounez quelques nuits:

Pas de savons pour faire la vaisselle ni d'éponge pour faire la vaisselle, pas de bouilloire, pas de toaster, et l'attache de la douche est brisée, il faudrait la réparer.

Voilà, tout le reste était A+
