Ubytování odpovídalo tomu, co jsem si objednala.
Restaurace není restaurace, ale jídelna. Večeře firmou bufetu za 500 Kč/osoba bylo za 3 body z 10. Už nikdy bych si tam večeře nepředplatila.

Widok z okna, z czternastego piętra.
Syper lokalizacja, blisko do centrum i na szlaki gorskie szczegolnie na Wodospad Kamienczyk i Krucze Skały. Personel rownież na plus, bardzo mili i pomocni. Przyjechałam wczesniej i zostałam wpuszczona do pokoju więc mega plus za to, że jesli pokoj jest gotowy to nie trzeba czekac do rozpoczęcia doby hotelowej.
Na sniadanie codziennie, jest ten sam zestaw.
Basen niby jest dostepny, ale często są godziny gdzie zorganizowane grupy maja zajecia i basen jest niedostepny dla indywidualnych gości.
Czystosc w pokojach oceniam dobrze, ale na podlodze szlo znaleźć naprawde duzo okruszkow po poprzednich gościach.
Wiem, że nie ma tego w ofercie, ale mozna pomysleć na przyszlość o mini zestawie kosmetyków dla gości w pokojach.
Świetna lokalizacja hotelu, smaczne śniadania, pokój czysty i wygodny. Dużym plusem jest basen pływacki oraz dwa tarasy z widokiem na wschód i zachód słońca.
Hotel powoli domaga się już remontu, a szkoda by było zmarnować taki potencjał.

Hotel byl čistý, snidaně dostačující- ne luxusní, ale vše co jsme potřebovali. Hotel je již starší. což je zde znát. Do centra kousek 10 minut, jen pro starší osoby je to do kopce. V pokoji bylo strašné vedro, ale to bylo tou dobou všude. Na jednu noc jsme dostali menší pokoj s menší manželskou posteli tuším 140 jedna matrace byla dost proležená. Pro osoby s problémy se zády by mohl být problém. Celkově hotel hodnotím jako dobrý.
