Balayi tatili icin tercih ettik. Gelmeden bunu belirttik. Bizim icin deniz manzarali oda ayarlayip cok guzel süslemeler yaptilar. Odamiza da ikramlar ve sampanya koymuslar. Bu ince dusunceleri icin tesekkur ederim. Otelde olanaklar, hizmet ve kalite üst düzeyde. Cok keyifli bir tatil gecirdik. Tekrardan seyahatimizde kesinlikle yine burayi tercih edecegiz.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja ok. 100m od plaży Nissi. W hotelu bardzo fajny basen z mega wygodnymi leżakami. śniadanie obfite i smaczne. Kids klub z Panią do opieki - super rozwiązanie dla rodziców, którzy mogą zostawić dziecko pod wspaniałą opieką.

Cons:

Wykładzina na korytarzu między pokojami. Hotel który ma 5 gwiazdek nie powinien dopuścić do takiego stanu i natychmiast wymienić taką wykładzinę.

The resort itself is beautifully designed, modern, and kept spotlessly clean across all areas. We found the vast majority of the staff to be highly professional and accommodating; the front desk team was exceptionally helpful with recommendations and seamlessly managing our reservations. A major highlight of our stay was the hotel’s cigar lounge. The gentleman working there provided world-class service, sharing deep expertise and creating a truly premium, personalized experience. The bellboys and waitstaff were also incredibly courteous throughout our stay.

Cons:

While the overall experience was excellent, the culinary department has room for improvement to match the hotel's 5-star status. The breakfast selection was entirely identical every morning, which became very repetitive over a longer stay. Additionally, the main restaurant struggled with premium meat dishes like steaks and lamb chops, which were disappointing, though simpler options like pizza and fish & chips were good. Lastly, while the service was generally superb, a blonde staff member at the pool bar was noticeably unhelpful and unpleasant, which felt out of sync with the high standards of the rest of the team.

A Premium Experience & Exceptional Staff - Just Skip the Steaks
Pros:

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful, and most of the staff provided an outstanding hospitality experience. The reception team was incredibly polite, helped us with every question, and handled restaurant reservations smoothly and quickly. The service from the waiters and bellboys was always courteous and pleasant.

​A special mention goes to the gentleman at the hotel's cigar lounge - he dedicated a lot of time to me, explained things in depth, showcased extensive knowledge, and went out of his way to provide a professional and personalized experience. Furthermore, the hotel's facilities and overall cleanliness are maintained at a super high and impressive standard. Lastly, the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Cons:

Despite the excellent overall experience, there are a few areas that need improvement. First, the breakfast was exactly the same, day after day, for all 7 nights of our stay. There was absolutely no variety, which makes the food feel tiresome very quickly.

​Second, the hotel's restaurant needs culinary improvement: they didn't know how to properly prepare steaks or lamb chops, and even the chicken nuggets for our child were not successful (although the pizza and the fish and chips were nice).

​Finally, one exception to the excellent service was a blonde employee at the pool bar, who behaved in an unprofessional and unpleasant manner. It felt like she didn't match the high standard of the rest of the staff and it slightly tainted the atmosphere.

Excellent Stay at NissiBlu Beach Resort
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at NissiBlu Beach Resort. The hotel is modern, clean, and perfectly located just a short walk from the beautiful Nissi Beach. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and offered stunning sea views.

The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The breakfast was varied and delicious, with plenty of options for different tastes. The pool area was well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was relaxing and welcoming.

What impressed us most was the attention to detail and the high standard of service throughout our stay. We would highly recommend NissiBlu Beach Resort to couples, families, and anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday in Ayia Napa.
