Second Visit
Pros:

My Second stay here as its a perfect resort, the Spa treatment was my favourite, they do the best massage treatments, the food is good, the pool area is perfect and so clean, so relaxing and beautiful nissi beach a 5 minute walk away, I don't think there is a better hotel in Ayia Napa.

Fab hotel wonderful staff
Pros:

We travelled to Nissiblu after recommendation from our daughter
We came with my sister and brother in law as it was his birthday and our anniversary while we was there
On arrival we were greeted with fresh orange or champagne and all luggage was taken to our rooms
Our room was spacious immaculate and had everything we needed
Toiletries supplied cotton buds body lotion and a lovely Nissiblu beach bag

We had tea coffee making facilities in room and Nescafe decaf (which I like ) and a fresh large bottle of water daily

The hotel is clean and the design inside and outside the hotel is stunning, down to furniture lights subbed pools
We could not say of one thing we did not like

The staff made us feel so welcome and we have never experienced such a warm welcoming hotel in every way

The pool has luxurious sunbeds with neck supports and the staff are there to help with anything you want
There are a few cabanas round the pool you can hire also
There are showers by the pool
There is a pool bar and also a lovely little ice cream place selling salads wraps milkshakes etc
The indoor spa offers so many treatments has a beautiful pool and gym
Toilets are immaculate and again showers to use inside and a swimsuit dryer and foot sterile washer

The bars are friendly and you are waited on, nothing is ever to much for the lovely staff

Breakfast we did go early as end of may was getting quite busy but again the lovely staff attended to us for our hot drinks, there was plenty of choice of food from English breakfast and continental
Pastries cakes yoghurts pancakes fruit, live cooking stations

Another special touch is the staff knocking late afternoon to see if you needed anything like more water towels etc what they did daily

My daughter is coming her sept and I am tempted to come back and meet her
Our friends are coming October
And we will def be returning next year for my 60th
What a dream holiday and whoever trains the staff
This is exactly how a hotel should be run

Hotelul in sine, foarte elegant , cu spatii suficiente pentru activitati si relaxare. Personalul foarte amabil, toate facilitatile hotelului au fost la un nivel ridicat. Micul dejun exceptional.

Piscina interioara este micuta. As fi preferat ca pentru copii sa fie o piscina separata, deoarece nu s-a putut efectiv sta in zona piscinei interioare care era acaparata de copii care sareau de pe margine, se jucau cu mingea in apa, alergau pe marginea piscinei, tipau, etc. Inteleg ca si ei trebuie sa aiba acces, dar nu este corect sa transformi intr-un loc de joaca o piscina care se adreseaza unui intreg hotel, nu doar copiilor.
