I wouod come back :)
Pros:

I loved the location as it is so close to Nissi beach, within a fair distance from the airport and not too far from Pyla, where my friend stays. I liked the cleanliness and stylish atmosphere of the hotel. The hotel is run very efficiently. I loved the decor and the selection of food in the Mediterranean restaurant. The facilities are great. Lovely outdoor pool. The live music is an especially nice touch. I loved my sea view and my superior double room was a decent size.

Cons:

The only thing I would say is that while I could see how efficiently the hotel staff do their jobs, I sometimes felt a bit rushed at meal times as someone was always eager to clear my plates / reset the table even when I wasn’t finished. I like to eat slowly but I felt the staff were watching, which made me feel a bit pushed to finish as quickly as possible. Also, the waiters and waitresses are busy trying to keep everything in order, which they do a fantastic job doing so but putting cutlery away while people are eating, is a bit distracting. I thought many of the staff were professional, friendly and helpful, it seems as they are under pressure to keep up very high standards.

A wonderful and relaxing stay at a beautiful hotel.
Pros:

Everything was great. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. The pool and beach area were beautiful, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

Nothing really — everything was good and we had a very pleasant stay.

Pros:

Pretty quite, not too crowded, fair $ amount

Cons:

The smell in the hotel. We first got a room with moldy odour. The smell in the corridors is weird. The staff doesn’t clean the elevators and there are fingerprints everywhere.

The mattress was not comfortable the next day they added a topper to the mattress and then it was comfortable

Excellent
Pros:

Excellent hotel. Very spacious. Rooms are big, nice balcony with a sea view, very good bathroom and amenities. Great pool, very good SPA, good Gym. Excellent food. Very clean - maintenance people all over. Very helpful reception. Good value for money. We even decided to longer our stay.

Cons:

The location is great - but far from the center.

Pros:

Fantastic hotel, calm environment, yet very close to Nissi Beach. Extraordinary breakfast and dinner buffet. The entire property is spotless. Complimentary bottled water and Nespresso coffee maker with capsules. Spacious restaurant, however fortunately the hotel was not crowded that time, either.

Cons:

Both inside and outside pools were very cold during our stay which took away from the overall experience.

Pros:

Staff were amazing, the food was very good and the all inclusive package was great value for money.
We had a double aspect sea view room which was lovely. The hotel itself was beautifully laid out with lovely furnishings and decor.

Cons:

The only thing we think that could be slightly improved is the wine selection in the main buffet. On a couple of nights we asked for a chianti and got some white wine, and the quality of the wines that did come didn't match the quality in other bars. Just a small thing, but we like our wines!
