Una delusione
Cons:

Esperienza purtroppo molto deludente e ben distante dagli standard che ci si aspetterebbe da una struttura di questo livello.
La colazione era composta principalmente da prodotti industriali e da discount, con pochissima scelta, nessuna reale proposta proteica, o calda, e bevande limitate. I prodotti da forno risultavano freddi e chiaramente scongelati, dando l’impressione di essere stati trattati più volte.
Anche il servizio lasciava molto a desiderare: personale poco attento, atteggiamento quasi infastidito , e che aveva lasciato oggetti personali nella sala colazioni, tra le altre cose apparecchiata solo per noi due, facendo quindi intendere che non c’erano altri ospiti. Il juice bar era già in fase di chiusura circa 30 minuti prima del termine del servizio, senza alcuna alternativa.
La gestione della camera è stata l’aspetto più spiacevole. Al rientro in tardo pomeriggio, la stanza appariva quasi nelle stesse condizioni in cui era stata lasciata la mattina: letto sistemato in modo superficiale, asciugamani bagnati ancora presenti, prodotti da bagno non reintegrati, finestre e tende completamente chiuse e tazza da tè lasciata in camera,che ha generato cattivo odore per tutto il giorno.
Alla reception mi è stato riferito che il problema sembrava “strano” e che probabilmente era dovuto alla mancanza di personale, quindi consapevoli del problema. Mi chiedo quindi perché continuare a vendere camere, 260€ per 1 notte, senza garantire un servizio adeguato, soprattutto considerando il costo pieno del soggiorno e il fatto che la struttura fosse praticamente vuota.
Dopo circa 40 minuti di attesa e varie segnalazioni, mi è stato proposto un cambio camera quando ormai ero prossimo alla partenza.
Ciò che è mancato maggiormente, però, è stata l’assenza totale di attenzione verso il cliente: nessuna reale scusa, nessun contatto da parte di un responsabile e nessuna gestione concreta del disagio.
Una situazione che lascia sinceramente amareggiati.

Cons:

Breakfast is served until 10 but we came at 9:30 and were disappointed. We complained at the reception, but we didn't even get an apology. Our friends came before 9 o'clock and they were extra satisfied with the breakfast. So If you come first, you'll get a great breakfast, but if you come latter , you'll get what's left

Pros:

Firstly - the staff - they were extremely helpful and nice people. This is the difference between staying in a high quality place and some standard hotel - people make all the difference ant the staff there is the best I've had the chance to meet in my life. The facilities are great, the breakfasts were exceptional. The whole area is open, so we could go walk around everywhere. The staff prepared beds, bowls and everything for our dogs. We could charge our electric car free of charge. So to sum up - this is the perfect place to go and relax. You don't have to think ahead, thay have everything perfectly arranged and will help you with everything.

One of the highlights of our trip to Italy.
Pros:

Mountain views spectacular. Food and wine excellent. The rooms were wonderful. Loved the wine tasting, hot tub. I would highly recommend.

Pros:

Sehr schönes Zimmer, wir waren die einzigen Gäste, lag ggf. daran, dass vor der Tür noch eine große Baustelle ist und das Hotel noch nicht vollständig fertiggestellt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Pros:

Recomended if you are looking for a relaxed time. Big and beautiful rooms. Staff very good. Extremately clean and confortable hotel. I will repet there if I go to Verona.
