Zimmer war sauber, erneuert, Bad auch gut, praktisch,schöner Pool, schöne Blick auf See, Hundefreundlich

Wir haben Halbpension bestellt, bei Check in wählten wir von 3 Menüs aus, wir sollten um 19 zum Abendessen kommen, waren nur 10 Minuten später und beim Buffet war fast kein Essen da, vor allem nicht das was wir bestellt hatten. Am nächsten Tag haben wir dieses Erlebnis bei Empfang reklamiert, die Dame war zwar nett aber hat gesagt, wir sind zu spät gekommen. Die schlechte Organisation der Küche war auch beim Frühstück zu spüren. Es war genug Essen da und auch gute Auswahl aber ständig zu wenig Geschir oder Besteck. Kaffeeautomat ständig aus dem Betrieb.

Eine traurige Erfahrung- wohl nicht erwünscht zu sein

Das Frühstück war angemessen und die Lage sehr gut

Leider trotz 4 Sterne nicht lösungsorientierte Rezeptionistin, nicht kinder- familienfreundlich, das Abendessen als Büffet mäßig. Unser 16a Sohn blieb 1 Nacht länger, kam um 19.40h zum Abendessen und bekam nichts mehr, da die Küche um 20.30h schließt!!!! Wir hatten für ihn Halbpension und am Morgen noch bei der Rezeption gefragt, ib wir für ihn noch etwas reservieren müssen. Beim Nachbarhotel Kornock wurde er dann liebenswerterweise aufgenommen und bewirtet. Ich hatte leider irrtümlicherweise 2 von 5 Kindern mit falschem Alter eingebucht. " Das ist ihr Fehler, sie müssen das bei Booking richtig stellen. Wir zahlen wegen ihnen keine Strafe!!- Antwort am Telefon. Lt Booking kein Problem kann vor Ort gelöst werden. " Können wir, machen es aber nicht! Es ist ihr Fehler. Sie müssen das machen!- die Antwort der Rezeptionistin. Ich fand es auch spannend, dass auf einem Begrüßungsformular eine Seite mit Verhaltem dem Hotelpersonal mit Respekt& Höflichkeit bis hin zu Konsequenzen mit Hausverbot und Polizei eingeräumt wird. Ich würde meinen, wie man in den Wald hineinruft....wir kommen gerade von Tanzania und Italien zurück....es tut mir leid, aber sowas hab ich noch nicht erlebt- glücklicherweise! Wir hatten das Gefühl völlig unerwünscht zu sein. Eine blonde Dame an der Rezeption war sehr nett und lächelte. Ansonsten weder im Service noch sonst wo im Hotel war eine angenehme und lockere Atmosphäre....traurig und beschämend von Seiten der Führung des Hotel! Lg
