Pros:

La struttura di per se è datata, corridoi, area piscina hanno l'estetica di qualche decennio fa, ma nel complesso è ben tenuta, pulita e ben gestita. L'area saune e le camere sono rinnovate in modo del tutto consono. Ampio buffet di verdure/zuppe a cena (la portata principale è a scelta fra 3 alternative - carne pesce e vegetariana), buona e varia anche la colazione.

Ár érték arányban szenzációs, magas színvonalú szálloda
Pros:

A környezet fantasztikus, a szálloda pedig a lehető legjobb helyen van. Minden elérhető gyalogosan: az összes túraútvonal, a felvonók, a tavon a vízre szállási lehetőség, az ásványmúzeum, kávézó, kisbolt, intersport. Az étkezés szuper, mi félpanzión voltunk, nagyon jó választás volt! A személyzet rendkívül kedves. Kutyabarát szálláshely, a két kiskutyánkat jutifalattal várták. A wellness részleg pihenője nagyon jó, ahogy a szauna részleg is! Várakozáson felülien nagyon jó szálloda!

Luxusní hotel, perfektní jídlo, bazén a herna
Pros:

Jídlo luxusní, herna vybavena pouze pro vetší děti, bazén s teplou vodou a vířivka, personál přátelsky, velmi milá číšnice Marie. V ceně i lístky na Panoramabahn. Vřele doporučuji!

Cons:

Parkování by mělo byt v ceně. A překvapil nás energetický poplatek s tím jsem se nikde nesetkala.

Amazing stay! Highly recommended
Pros:

All meals were exceptionally good! We really enjoyed the food and the staff was so friendly and caring at all times. Rooms were comfy too.

Cons:

18.30 dinner seemed a bit early for my family, but nothing that I hold against the hotel ofcourse.

Mooie lokatie. Uitstekend georganiseerd. Luxe ontbijtbuffet en verzorgd diner buffet.

Cisza, spokój i wysoka jakość obsługi. Hotel w mało znanej miejscowości nastawionej na atrakcje zimowe. Blisko do nocklamstrase. Świetne miejsce na odpoczynek w podróży.

Pros:

Hrana je bila vrhunska, sve pohvale za kuhinju. Osoblje je takodje bilo izrazito profesionalno i ljubazno. Pogled iz hotela je fenomenalan kao i pristup samom hotelu. Sadržaji hotela su raznovrsni za sve uzraste.

Cons:

Primjedba: 1).pravilo korištenja saune koje se odnosilo na ulazak bez odjeće te samim tim ograničivalo pristup te stvaralo nelagodnost korisnicima koji su imali bikini na sebi. 2).Manjak dodatnih jastuka u spavaćim sobama.

Sve u svemu zadovoljni smo.
Pros:

Hrana odlicna,osoblje ljubazno.Veoma dobro

Cons:

15 evra za parking po danu, veoma skupo.Za goste hotela treba da bude povoljnije ,ustvari besplatan.

Ich befinde mich derzeit in einer angenehmen Situation am See und auf der Alm.
Das Hotel ist mit Baujahr 1965 etwas älter.

Cons:

Parkplatz zu teuer, nur 3 Tage kosten 45,00 €.
Bitte verstehen Sie unsere Rückmeldung nicht als böse Kritik.
Leider gefällt uns diese Regelung nicht. Aus unserer Sicht sollten zusätzliche Stromkosten bereits im Übernachtungspreis enthalten sein, wie es in vielen anderen Hotels üblich ist. Daher sind wir von dieser Handhabung enttäuscht und werden dieses Hotel vermutlich nicht erneut buchen.
In anderen Hotels haben wir diesbezüglich bessere Erfahrungen gemacht.

Wir bedanken uns dennoch für den Aufenthalt und wünschen Ihnen alles Gute.

Nagyon kedves személyzet, finom és választékos reggeli...exlusiv vacsora.
Csendes,tiszta hely.

Egyes emberek nem megfelelö viselkedése...
Wellnessben (olasz család 1 apuka,1 nagymama,2 anyuka,4 gyerek)...hangos..mindent elfoglalunk ...kulturalatlan viselkedése..és .amit az utolsó nap(06.02. Kedd) reggelinél 18 szendvics asztal alatt zacskóba tuszkolása...pofátlanság...
(Az egész család hordta a császárzsemlét..szalamit..sajtot...apuka meg gyártotta a szendvicseket).
