Always very good to be back to T-ritz, clean room, flexible arrangements and great location. Mr. Tai always welcomes me when I return, making me feel the friendliness of Saigon.

Location is perfect, convient city walk area. Not far from the Independent Palace and other famous french style attractions.

The location was excellent, walking distance to all the places we wanted to visit. Good location for bars and restaurants. The room was lovely and clean, the pool area was excellent and so was the gym. The laundry was a fantastic bonus! I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Ho Chi Minh. I would stay here again if I come back to Ho Chi Minh.

We had a great stay at T-Ritz. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was clean and well maintained throughout our stay. The location is convenient—you can easily walk to plenty of cafes, restaurants, and attractions, while most of the main sights are only a quick 5–10 minute Uber ride away. The lifts were fast and reliable, which made getting around the hotel easy. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we’d happily stay here again.

The hotel is in a very good location, and the room was clean and well equipped. However, there were a few things I did not like.
The reception staff were not cooperative or professional when dealing with guests. Many of them could not speak English well and were unable to resolve even simple problems.
I was also disappointed with the restaurant service. One day, I woke up late and entered the restaurant at around 9:40 a.m. Some vegetables and fruits had already run out. I asked a staff member to bring more, but she said they did not have any. The restaurant manager then spoke to the staff and asked me to wait because they would bring more food. However, nothing was provided. This was very annoying because I had paid for breakfast; it was not free.
These issues may seem minor, but they significantly affected my stay. I will share these comments on Agoda, and I do not plan to book this hotel again.

Awesome people and location

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at T-Ritz Saigon Hotel & Apartment. Everything exceeded our expectations!

We stayed in the Studio Apartment, and it was spacious, beautifully designed, spotless, and very comfortable. The room was cleaned perfectly, and we felt at home from the moment we arrived.

The location is excellent – close to everything while still being in a quiet and pleasant area, making it the perfect base for exploring Ho Chi Minh City.

What truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. A special thank you to Tai, Yen, and Duong for their exceptional hospitality. They were always kind, welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. Their warmth and genuine care made us feel so special.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City and will definitely stay here again when we return.

We had a brilliant stay at T-Ritz Saigon. The hotel is spotlessly clean, quiet and very comfortable. The pool is excellent, the gym is well equipped, and the afternoon tea was a really lovely touch.
What really made our stay special, though, was the staff. Tai, Yen and Duong at reception were absolutely fantastic — always friendly, welcoming and incredibly helpful with anything we needed. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
The location is also excellent for exploring Ho Chi Minh City while still being able to come back to a peaceful and relaxing hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. An easy 5 stars from us!
