Beds are so comfortable, the bathroom is a good size and the room was very spacious - we had stayed at 3 hotels in Vietnam before arriving at TRitz and regret the ratings I gave the others because TRitz definitely set the bar high. The staff were awesome too very nice and welcoming.
The price of laundry was pretty steep for Vietnam and it was self service so didnt understand why it was so steep.

The bin area underneath the kitchen sink had a nasty smell when you open the cabinet.
I really believe this place deserves a 5 star. First it’s located what I feel is a great spot. It’s quiet enough at night time for deep sleep and still have a few local places for food and beer. Access to coffee shops and banks was a huge plus.Let me start off with the room, it’s a very good size and plenty of closet space. It even has a good size fridge, small kitchen style sink, microwave and a hot plate if you even wanted to cook. Which i doubt anyone would want to maybe to heat up something. The bathroom is really sweet with an actual door not like most of the typical Asian hotels. What i cant comment is the pool, it was way too hot to enjoy but it seems “useable” 😬 The hotel staff was pleasant and friendly. The hallways and rooms were very clean, not dark or dingy. I really had a great time traveling to and from this hotel location to all the spots I went to.

A little expensive for Vietnam but was very happy with it.
The hotel is superbly located at the border of districts 1 and 3. Many things at walking distance. It has a well-equipped and clean gym. Two rooftop pools are excellent and clean. The European and Asian breakfast buffet has a good choice of breads, eggs, meats, vegetables and Asian dishes. The rooms can also be hired for long-term/apartment style living. The room had a fridge and a small separate freezer, a microwave, electric kettle, some kitchen utensils, cooking plate and frying pan. Also cockery and cutlery for two.
Providing a small cooking pan rather than just a frying pan in the room would be useful. A bread knife would be useful too.
The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the lication is good
Tv channel - if they can upgrade to smart tv it would be oustanding.
And the room is not really sound proofed - I still can hear tge dancing music from the bar around the corner

Very well-located apartment hotel in District 3. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable, and clean. They are also very well equipped. The hotel has a beautiful rooftop pool. The breakfast is varied and delicious, with a special mention for the in-room breakfast served in bed. Thank you to the entire team!
