My stay at Hotel Il Panfilo was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel is perfectly located, very close to the NATO base, and within easy walking distance of many restaurants and cozy coffee shops, which makes it extremely convenient.
The hotel itself is spotless and beautifully decorated. You can immediately notice the attention to detail in both the design and the cleanliness. The rooms and common areas are maintained to a very high standard, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.
One of the highlights of the stay is definitely the breakfast. The buffet offers a wide variety of fresh, high-quality, and delicious options. Everything tastes wonderful, and there is something for everyone to enjoy. It’s the perfect way to start the day.
What truly makes this hotel stand out is the staff. Every member of the team is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Their professionalism and kindness make guests feel valued and well taken care of.
Without a doubt, this is the best hotel I have stayed in within this area. I highly recommend Hotel Il Panfilo to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, great food, an excellent location, and outstanding hospitality. I will definitely come back again.

Staff members attitude and interaction.Evrryone was eager to help and assist.

Cons:

The facilities were really poor. The photos of the hotel are by far misleading. The hotel had a vibe of 80th architecture. Breakfast was good with a limited variety of goods and in a standard to poor quality. The interior of rooms sucks.
