The staff were so lovely, happy to help and informative. The room was clean and the soaps were nice. They even had little toothbrushes incase you forget your own. There was aircon and a little tv

Cons:

We didn't have cold water for the first 2 nights but we got it on the 3rd. It was pretty noisy but no fault of their own, you can just hear everything outside. The bathroom was a little small and old but otherwise ok 👍

Great location. Fantastic staff. Dinner in the bistro was good.

Cons:

Garbage trucks emptying skip bins at 2am. But hey it's the middle of Hurstville so just have to deal.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and good value for money. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The toilet seat was old and peeling, the shower curtain had mould on it, and the bathroom sink cabinet was worn and peeling. Replacing or repairing these items would greatly improve the overall guest experience.
