Pros:

Great location. Fantastic staff. Dinner in the bistro was good.

Cons:

Garbage trucks emptying skip bins at 2am. But hey it's the middle of Hurstville so just have to deal.

Pros:

Clean and comfortable hotel. Great value for money. Highly recommended!

Cons:

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and good value for money. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The toilet seat was old and peeling, the shower curtain had mould on it, and the bathroom sink cabinet was worn and peeling. Replacing or repairing these items would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

I won't be staying here again due to safety and noise issues.
Pros:

It was cheap.

Cons:

- The biggest issue was security, my room shared a balcony with multiple other rooms, and my door could be opened from the outside and could not be locked. This is terrible.
- The noise from downstairs and outside kept me up until 2-3am each night.

Very disappointed
Pros:

The bedroom was good, the bed comfortable, room was clean but tv was not working

Cons:

Shared toilet bathroom was blocked, no point of contact to report the issue, in the morning the toilet was blocked even more, not functional at all, overflowing

While the shower/bathroom situation wasn't very ideal, overall, it was a decent stay.
Pros:

Sam the manager was very helpful and kind to us. The beds were also very comfortable. Was nice that they gave some tea and coffee and water in the room as well. The room and outside space were also very clean, which was a big plus point for us.

Cons:

There were so many power outlets in the room but almost all of them couldn't work. Only two outlets near the single bed were working, which was kind of annoying for us.
The bathroom was also very tiny, and the shower space itself was super narrow, we had to keep coming up with different ways to avoid too much splashing or flooding out of the shower, all while trying not accidentally bumping yourself onto the walls or the shower knobs.

Best accommodation
Pros:

This is by far the best place I've stayed in and I've been to four states in the last six months staying in various types of motels and hotels.
It is exceptionally clean and the cleaning staff were fantastic. Always ensuring I had plenty of supplies. Were extremely polite and kind.
Food down in the hotel was plentiful and tasted fantastic
Again the staff there were very very friendly and genuine about it.
I highly recommend staying here if you want exceptional service with good value for money.
Thank you for making my stay a great experience

It worked I guess
Pros:

Close by to shopping centre

Cons:

Didn’t have any cold water for the first few days, and rooms were very cold with no proper bedding, only a sheet and thin blanket
