Estancia auténtica y memorable en el corazón de la Medina

Una estancia excelente, con un servicio de 10 y un ambiente auténtico y especial en pleno corazón de la Medina de Túnez, en el hotel Dar El Jeld.

La comida es deliciosa y el rooftop ofrece unas vistas espectaculares que hacen la experiencia aún más memorable.

Como único punto mejorable, sería conveniente disponer de más zonas o tumbonas alrededor de la piscina para mayor comodidad de los huéspedes.

Exquisite property close to the Medina
Pros:

Property is exquisite. Location excellent. Service from room staff very hospitable. Restaurant and bar on the rooftop is very good. Breakfast is also very good. Drivers were very courteous and kind. Hamam is great.

Cons:

A bit more clarity around costs and processes would have been good.

Hotel arranged a tour of the antiquities (with a third party) for us and the tour itself was excellent. But the tour cost didn’t cover entry to the sites and that wasn’t communicated to us by the hotel.

Guests should have a list of what’s included in tours and, if possible, a profile of the tour guide and different options for tours with price points etc.

Pros:

À deux pas du souk bouillonnant de la Médina
Le calme de l’hôtel , son architecture , son confort XXL , son spa , sa terrasse sur le toit où nous pouvons admirer la ville tout en se restaurant ou prendre le petit déjeuner rend cet hôtel EXCEPTIONNEL .
A noté aussi toute la gentillesse tunisienne qui accompagne tout le personnel . Un grand grand merci à eux .

splendida fuga in una cornice meravigliosa

posizione, roof top, arredamento staff cordiale e disponibile, ottimi drink vista dal tetto mozzafiato specie al tramonto

Cons:

i trattamenti spa non sono al top, i massaggi non sono fatti da personale specializzato, piacevoli ma non efficaci. non sono chiare le regole per utilizzare il bagno turco. migliorerei questo aspetto per essere davvero perfetti.
