We had one of the worst experiences at this hotel.

We had booked two rooms. In one of the bathrooms, a towel fell onto the wet floor, so I called customer service to request a replacement. However, they refused to provide another towel, saying that the hotel has a limit of two towels per room. I explained that this was a five-star hotel and that refusing to provide an additional towel was unreasonable. Instead of helping, the customer service representative argued that it was hotel policy and even questioned why I needed another towel.

The next day, while we were packing to check out, two women suddenly opened our room door and walked in without knocking or asking for permission. We were shocked and uncomfortable. When we asked why they had entered, they said they were there to check the room. We were extremely frustrated and asked them to leave immediately. This was a serious invasion of our privacy.

During checkout, I requested to speak with the manager, but the customer service representative seemed reluctant to contact them. Only after we insisted did they finally call the manager.

We explained all these incidents to the manager, but we did not feel confident that any real steps would be taken to address the staff’s behavior or prevent such incidents from happening again.

For a hotel claiming to offer five-star service, the lack of basic hospitality, respect for guests’ privacy, and professional customer service was extremely disappointing. We expected much better and would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

un bel hotel ... mais, pour un 5 étoiles, qq marges de progrès
Pros:

Cet hotel est en fait un apparthotel donc il offre à chaque client un grand espace disponible (chambre + salon)
très bel appartement avec une jolie vue
très propre
très bien placé au centre de casablanca

Cons:

le petit dejeuner est très répétitif (et pendant mon sejour l'unique machine a café ne marchait pas)
la salle de sport est très petite et très mal equipée
ma TV ne prennait que très peu de chaines francaises (uniquement 2 ou 3 chaines d'infos)
il manque un fer à repasser ... très utile lorsque l'on vient pour travailler
dans l'apart, il y a bien une cuisine équipée ... mais aucune assiette, couvert ou ustensile !
tout ces (petits) soucis ne devraient pas avoir leur place dans un 5 étoiles

Schöne Einrichtung. Kleine Küche enthalten

Kein Schlauch an der Toilette. Unverschämtes Personal hat uns beschuldigt, Handtücher gestohlen zu haben. Wir hatten nur einen kleinen Rucksack als Gepäck und da hätten die Handtücher gar nicht rein gepasst.

Frühstücksraum war sehr ungepflegt. Alles unordentlich, Brötchen alle, Gläser alle, Kaffeetassen ohne Untertasse, Kaffeemaschine total versifft. Personal telefoniert privat während rundherum Dreck ist.
Ein Kellner rutscht selbst aus auf verschüttetem Joghurt und kommt nicht auf die Idee, das wegzuwischen. Erst als ich ihn aufforderte, nachdem mehrere Gäste ebenfalls ausgerutscht sind, hat er sich bequemt, es wegzuwischen
