Pros:

Everything went smoothly, and there's really nothing serious to report! The staff members were very friendly and approachable, making us feel comfortable. We especially enjoyed the variety of breakfast options—there was plenty of food to start our day happily.

Cons:

Everything looked fine, but maybe consider replacing the towels since they seem a bit old. Fresh towels can really add a nice touch! Otherwise, I'm satisfied overall.

Overall, it was good not excellent. I believe it would be fair to rate this hotel as 3 stars
Pros:

Not enough selection of hot and cold buffet breakfast.
Good location and easy access to public transport, walking distance to some touristic places.
Domestic lady was very polite and helpful

Cons:

Insects (cockroaches) in the bathroom. The bathroom was cleaned but the presence of cockroaches was a big disappointment.

The concierge staff wanted money for taking suitcases to the room. I would have given them the money without asking but felt it was a bit pushy
