Le personnel de la sale à manger était trop actif on dirait des esclaves ils bougent dans tous les sence normalement on est sensé de prendre petit déjeuner avec douceur
Hôtel bien placé. Restaurant copieux et bon marché.
Le tapis de notre chambre était visiblement sale car une très mauvaise odeur émanait de celui-ci.
Nous l’avons signalé et quelqu’un devenait venir le nettoyer, mais en deux jours, nous n’avons vu personne malgré nos relances… l’odeur dans la chambre était vraiment très désagréable !
Je déplore aussi le manque d’amabilité du personnel d’accueil qui n’a même pas dénié nous dire au revoir après notre règlement !
Nous avons également été gênés par la lumière du jour tôt le matin, car les rideaux ne sont pas du tout occultant.
Nice size room. We did get an upgrade to an executive suite / room up on a higher floor. Fantastic view of the city, Hassan Mosque and the massive park outside. Overall a nice place but certainly not luxury for the fact that it was considered executive suite.
Shower was great and the bed was very comfortable.
Location is excellent. Tram is a few feet outside to the right and you can get wherever easily. Great ice-cream joint down the same side - we enjoyed that immensely.
Furniture was a bit dated.
We had a roach in the room which I killled and didn't bother complaining about. Chalked it up to Stuff Happens.
It was just a 1-night stay as Casablanca is not as appealing as the rest of Morocco.

Very kind and helpfull staff, from the security guys at the door to the cleaning lady. The cleaning lady Hasna made sure our room was tidy upon our return.
Hemos disfrutado muchísimo de nuestra estancia y queremos agradecer especialmente a todo el personal de recepción de todos los turnos por su amabilidad, profesionalidad y atención constante. Siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudarnos y a hacer que nos sintiéramos cómodos y bien atendidos.
También queremos destacar el excelente trabajo de Nasima, la persona encargada de la limpieza de nuestra habitación. Es un auténtico encanto y una gran profesional. Cada día encontraba la habitación impecable, perfectamente limpia, ordenada y con todo colocado con mucho cuidado. Su dedicación y atención a los detalles hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera aún más agradable.
Gracias a todo el equipo por vuestro esfuerzo y por hacernos sentir como en casa. Sin duda, volveremos encantados. ¡Muy recomendable! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
