We had serious difficulties with our travel. This hotel does not care about earning repeat business.

Cons:

Staff are entirely unhelpful- this is not a hotel. You have all the problems of an airbnb without the extras.

One word AMAZING!
Pros:

I can sum this stay up in one word AMAZING! The room was way above our expectations! The staff was amazing! Lawrence, Serenity, Fisher and Mitali were amazing.! They will cater to your every need. The location was awesome. You are right there around everything to do in the French Quarters. Book your trips with the front desk. They will get you set up with the best trips and some will provide transportation. I highly recommend staying here! I will definitely would stay here again. We drove 12 hours from Texas and it was well worth it.

I wouldn't stay there again.

the room we ended up in was nice

Cons:

the room we were originally given (#501) certainly didn't match the photos on line and was extremely outdated with no window , old carpet and , furniture etc. it was extremely deflating for my wife and I and killed our excitement of having just arrive in New Orleans from Canada. it was only after i asked for a refund to move to another hotel was i provided the room that i expected which ended up being really nice. It was big run around for nothing and wasted the first hour of my arrival after a long day of traveling. I feel like it was because i booked through a 3rd party that I was given the worst room in the hotel. As I was checking out, I was also rudely told to put a couple of yogurts back because the free brunch on Sunday wasn't starting for another 15 minutes even though I was leaving and heading to the airport. Overall it wasn't a great experience and i would not stay again.

Quality 3 star experience
Pros:

Pool small but kids still loved it. Great location and good value for the space. Two bedroom apartment was perfect.

Cons:

Private outdoor space/ no windows to open due to our location. But didn’t ruin the stay.

Good stay
Pros:

Perfect loaction - literally in the French Quarter.
Lots of bars, restaurants nearby
The room was really spacious
Rather comfortable beds.
Kitchen equipped with the most necessary stuff.

Cons:

Whole facility needs a little renovation (nothing urgent but in middle perspective definitely yes)

Very nice stay Staff were helpful and friendly.
Pros:

Close to many attractions and restaurants.

Cons:

The pool is really small and in an awkward area to feel comfortable using it. It is in a lovely courtyard.
