Всё понравилось: чистые просторные номера, большой балкон, прекрасный вид, чистый открытый бассейн, есть доступ в закрытый бассейн отеля рядом. Всё оборудование новое, исправное, сантехника хорошая. Удобные кровати и подушки Много вариантов еды рядом. Есть небольшой магазин в пешей доступности. На ближайший пляж ходит Шатл. Пляж с сеткой, буйками и спасателями, бесплатный душ. Подойдёт для детей.

予約の時にベッドガードについて質問しましたが60ヶ月まで対応の製品ということで使用できませんでした。予約スタッフの方から2台のベッドを付ける対応をご提案いただき安心して使用することかできました。
シービューもとても美しく、また、インフィニティプールやハナサキマルシェも楽しめました。リゾート感満載で大満足でした。

Pros & Highlights:

​Spacious Room: The room was very large and offered plenty of space for a party of 4.

​Onsen with a View: The public bath/onsen on the 11th floor offers a wonderful scenic view.

​Great Breakfast: Huge selection and great variety at the breakfast buffet.

​Excellent Service & Hospitality: The staff was very friendly and communication was flawless. They even helped us celebrate a surprise birthday, which was a lovely gesture!

​Great In-Room Amenities:

​Free complimentary drinks provided.

​Nespresso machine in the room: A huge highlight! Many 5-star hotels in Okinawa only offer instant/powder coffee, so having real Nespresso was a great touch.

​Private washing machine and dryer in the room/facility, which was very convenient and sufficient.

​Kid-Friendly: They kindly provided/lent plush toys for the children, which made them very happy.

​Pool Area: Nice swimming pool equipped with cabanas and nearby restrooms.

​Convenient Location: Located right next to shops, a Starbucks, and various local restaurants.

​Dinner Option: Dinner at the hotel was disappointing—the menu felt limited, lacked variety, and was overpriced. Luckily, there are plenty of great dining options within walking distance right outside the hotel.
​Ceiling Mold: There was some black mold visible on the ceiling. While this is fairly common in humid climates like Okinawa and not the hazardous green mold type, it is still something the hotel should keep an eye on.
