Staff was very courteous, went out of way to help me every time.
The stay was fine, my room was not cleaned even after requesting for 2 times. Also lot of reminder on the next day itself for filling the feedback form.
We had a offsite in this hotel and to our pleasent surprise it was very good food and customer experience has been very good and Sagar had been serving us and checking time and again in terms of food and other ambience and he made us comfortable

The location is right on the highway so accessibility is not an issue Also walkable to TCS office The room size are small and they should have some provision for wardrobes and drawers for lon stays it's a problem But overall amenities etc are good They have a washer dryer and also provide an iron for use that's for free hence an added thing, Best part was a single point of connect for any needs I was blessed with Sashikant who took care of all my requests around food n housekeeping and what ever needed was fulfilled hence I happy to say overall a good experience with some improvements needed in furnishing Again 5 star only for Shashikant or else it would have been 1 star down he deserves to be awarded for his service at anytime just a call away
