Pros:

・スタッフの対応は非常に良い。対応の柔らかさ、言葉遣い、気持ちの良い挨拶など。
・入り口近くにウェルカムバーがあり、スムージーやジュース、各種お酒と簡単なおつまみ（海苔巻き煎餅など）の提供を受けられる。
・部屋に机と椅子がある
・銀座のど真ん中ではなく、少し落ち着いている

Cons:

・朝食は1500円でお弁当が提供され、部屋で食べる。サラダは小さなバイキングある。少しボリューム少ない
・地下鉄入口が目の前にあるが、その入り口からは浅草線のみ利用可能。地下を通って日比谷線や丸の内線へのアクセスはない

Generally it was fine. Could have been better for price.

Staff were nice.
Close to train station.

Cons:

The pillow you are given is shockingly bad. Do give the option of picking up 1 extra pillow from front desk but the pillows are very small.
Bed does not breathe well. Woke up in a sweat constantly.
Incredibly small bathroom.

Amazing hotel but toilets could be bigger
Pros:

The amenities were amazing with sauna and evening bar daily. Room size is adequate for a 2 bedder and clean.

Cons:

Given the high occupancy coupled with sauna access on certain floors, with only a single lift access waiting time can be long.
Room toilets are extremely compact and small, not recommended for bigger size guests.

Läget och personalens service var fantastiskt.
Pros:

Läget och den trevliga personalen var det bästa. Rummen var små men fungerade bra ändå. Vi hade tillgång till produkter såsom schampo, hudkrämer, ansiktsmask m.m. vilket kändes lyxigt.

Cons:

Frukosten var tyvärr inte alls bra. Den kom färdig i påsar. Fanns två alternativ att välja på och tyvärr smakade inget av dem bra, exempelvis var brödet så hårt att det inte gick att ta en tugga. Som komplement till påsarna fanns juice och sallad som hotellet dukat fram, ett förslag är att de utökar det med exempelvis bröd, smör, ägg och något pålägg. Då hade man som gäst möjlighet att göra sig en enkel egen frukost.
