Stay was amazing! The rooms were super clean, and the hotel is located just a 5-minute walk from Broadway!!
The hotel amenities were great as well — from the gym to the pool and outdoor bar, everything was really enjoyable. The breakfast service was also very nice.
Stephanie at the front desk was so welcoming and friendly, which made the experience even better!
Location was great the AC was nice we enjoyed the pool and bars room was perfect. Valet friendly and helpful. The young lady at the AC desk on floor 6 her name was Michelle she not only got us in early she also gifted my crying toddler with a toy from the toy box Michelle was so down to earth kind helpful and went above and beyond to not only get my family checked in early she took the time to help me with restaurants and different places to go that were kid friendly around Nashville she is extremely good at her job we witnessed her check in and out probably 10 or more guests with a smile the entire time in a matter of 10 mins. My family would like to say thank you to Michelle and the AC for helping us have a wonderful stay.

Best pool bar ! The bartenders Sami & Eliza are the most efficient and customer service oriented i have ever met. They work well together and leave Noone or nothing undone or unsatisfied! Great job ladies.

We love staying at the hotel. The room food and Help were amazing especially Eliza Fox at the bar in the pool area and Celeste the bar in the main entrance area. They made our stay so well our food was enjoyable. Our room was clean and we will stay again.
