Pros:

De ligging is geweldig, de service heel goed, super onthaald en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Geweldig ontbijt! Al de tweede keer daar verbleven en volgende keer als ik naar Keulen ga is dit de eerste accomodatie waar ik ga boeken

Für Citytour Kurzurlaub absolut akzeptabel

Zentrale Lage, komfortable Einrichtung des Zimmers und Bad, sehr ruhiges Zimmer, schöner Lounge-Bar und Frühstücksbereich, nettes Personal

Cons:

Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war etwas mager , kein Weichkäse oder Camembert, die 2 Sorten Scheibenkäse waren schon etwas angetrocknet, kein roher Schinken, kein Rührei, sonst aber gut!

Goed gelegen hotel, met nieuwe en schone kamers. Check-in verliep erg soepel. Ontbijt was prima.

Mooi hotel met goede service!
Pros:

Het was stil, schoon, lekker bed en mooi interieur.

Cons:

De glazen muur van de douche is net te kort, de hele wc en de vloer bij de wc wordt nat tijdens het douchen. Maar het meest vervelende is wel dat we na een lange dag een film wilde kijken. Helaas is de tv nutteloos voor de meeste mensen. De meeste mensen zijn toeristen dus alle Duitse zenders zijn al nutteloos, maar vervolgens kunnen alleen Android-gebruikers hun telefoon koppelen. Wij hadden allebei iPhone dus konden we geen tv of film kijken. Dat was wel erg jammer.
