The location of the hotel was in a good spot - close to our ultimate destination the next day. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.
Upon arrival, we rang the bell for service - it took a few minutes before the manager showed up. Then - the first thing he said to us was "I need your ID." He didn't say hello, welcome us or even look at us. He gave us key cards to room 204, but upon opening the door, we saw another suitcase already in the room, along with an unopened 12 pack of beer in the fridge. We notified the manager who then moved us to room 329. Once in that room, we noticed water had collected in a few spots on the vinyl floor. We wiped it up, but more water would reappear elsewhere on the floor. And when we stepped on the floor, water would ooze up between the vinyl planks. Again we notified the manager who took pictures and said he would have to talk to maintenance. He told us they were fully booked and had no more rooms to offer us. When we told him that wasn't acceptable, he remembered that room 205 was available and told us to meet him at the room. Once we packed up our items, we met him there. This room looked good, so we got ready for bed and decided to watch TV for a bit before lights out. Unfortunately the TV did not work.
When I went downstairs to buy a couple of sodas and snacks, the manager asked how I wanted to pay for them - again without looking at me. When I spoke, he finally looked up and saw me and reluctantly said they were on the house. I thanked him and went back to the room.
Cleanest hot tub I have ever seen.
No issues
I like the room is big and clean I didn't know it had a kitchen inside everything that I needed was in the room
The price was a little high but it was worth it
Clean, well appointed rooms. Comfy beds
Didn't eat breakfast
Ice machine on each floor
It was clean and had a good location to restaurants and things to do.
Well we can start by saying we paid for a king bed in a suite. We were given a suite w two queen beds maybe even twin beds. They were small. When we asked about having it corrected we were told no rooms left. Well you shouldn’t charge and reserve something you don’t have. The breakfast was apples and a couple bagels and cream cheese. We stayed for 3 days and they were out when we got there and still out when we left. I wouldn’t dare eat one. The craziest thing to us was they had coffee but no sugar. When we asked about them getting some the reply was we ordered it and it never came. Well being a business owner myself if I was in the situation I would take money out of the petty cash or cash drawer buy some and leave the receipt so the guest could have coffee. We heard at least 4 other people ask about it. Last nightmare was the same group of people hanging outside fixing cars drinking. Just was the craziest stay at a hotel we ever had. We are knew ITG members and don’t think we will be trying any more of their hotels. Only good thing was it was super clean.
The hotel was clean and organized. Loved the room and the bed. It was comfortable. It was clean. The room brightness was perfect. The swimming pool was good especially the hot tub section.
Didn't like the shower system. You have to get wet to turn on the water. Its annoying especially when you have kids who can't turn on the water for shower.
