Pros:

El hotel está genial y la habitación tal y cómo se muestra en las fotos. Es espaciosa y está bien configurada y equipada. La cama es muy cómoda. Tienen una parking para coches robotizado que lo operan dos personas aunque también tienen varios sitios en la calle. La verdad es que es muy recomendable para visitar la zona de Gangneung, aunque siempre que se vaya en coche. en la zona hay varios sitios para desayunar. Cenamos en otra zona así que no podemos comentar nada de restaurantes en la zona.

Cons:

Por mencionar un punto de mejora, la ducha. Es en realidad una bañera y el agua se escapa por uno de los lados... nosotros preferimos ducha, pero una cuestión de matiz. La habitación y el hotel están geniales.

A great value for money hotel. Well maintained.

Really great rooms and very well maintained. Great value for money.
Staff are very accommodating and helpful.
The location is also perfect for connectivity.

Cons:

My first room's air conditioning did not work, but the staff changed my room as soon as I told them. Otherwise no complaints.

위치가 시내와 바다 사이라서 이동이 편리했습니다. 직원분들이 친절하시고, 늦은 시간 체크인이었음에도 친절하게 응대해주셨습니다.

개선이 필요한 점이 많은 것 같습니다. 첫번째로는 방음이 전혀되지 않아 시끄럽고, 배수관으로 물 내려가는 소리가 무척이나 크고 시끄럽습니다. 수면에 많은 방해가 되었던 점입니다. 두번째로는 에어컨 작동은 정상작동이 되지만 작동하면서 탁탁탁 소리가 지속적으로 들렸습니다. 마지막으로는 첫째날에 마신 커피를 추후 제공해주지 않으셨고, 욕실 발매트 타월이 추가 제공되지 않았고, 드라이기는 바람이 매우 약하여 시간이 어래 걸렸습니다. 두번은 안갈 것 같습니다.
