The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a wide variety, and the coffee was excellent. Furthermore, the location is very convenient, as it is close to many nice places in the city centre.

La ubicación es perfecta. No puedo opinar del desayuno, ya que me marché temprano. Me ofrecieron picnic como alternativa.
La habitación era muy pequeña. Al tratarse de un NH Collection, mi expectativa era de habitaciones más amplias. Lamentablemente no fue asi.
I liked the location which is directly on the main shopping street. The breakfast was also delicious. The personnel on the reception was really helpful.

Colazione non all’altezza della qualità del resto della struttura. Colazione banale e di poca qualità per un hotel com degli standard che offre per il resto dei reparti. Peccato
La ubicacion es espectacular. Lo mejor para conocer Valencia ya que esta en una zona muy comercial pero en el limite de la ciudad antigua. Se puede ir a todos lados a pie. Personalmente me encanto el estilo retro del edificio. La terraza es imperdible para tomar algo a la tarde o cenar.
Estuvimos justo cuando están con obras en la avenida (no es culpa del hotel) pero debería haber sido advertido. De todos modos debo confesar que no se escuchaba nada desde la habitación así que no nos molestó.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The location was great, and from the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. They spoke very good English and took the time to recommend restaurants, places to visit, and things to do in the area.
We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade on arrival to a much bigger and very spacious room. The room was spotlessly clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a lovely view of the street. The bed was large and very comfortable, and we appreciated all the little extras, including complimentary water, robes and slippers.
One of the nicest touches was the handwritten welcome note waiting for us in the room, which made our arrival feel extra special. Even when we were leaving, the staff surprised us with some complimentary chocolates.
Great location, spacious and comfortable rooms, excellent cleanliness, and genuinely kind and attentive staff. We felt very well looked after and would happily stay here again!
