No volveria a hospedarme aqui
Pros:

El servicio de Check in bastante lento, estuvimos mas de 45 minutos esperando la habitación porque solo había una persona en recepción realizando los trámite de ingreso y check out de huéspedes, la habitación me pareció que no concuerda con el costo del hotel ya que es de promedio a deficiente.

Cons:

El ingreso para check in bastante lento y tedioso, y eso que llevamos código de reservación, todo se escucha de habitaciones aledañas, el personal en el restaurante bastante indiferente, sinceramente no regreso a hospedarme a este lugar nunca, ya que en la misma plaza hay otras opciones.

Muy bien servicio y calidad por el costo pagado, desayuno excelente.

Cons:

Hubo un problema con la reservacion y no aparecia dentro del portal de Booking del hotel, sino en su sistema interno de la cadena del hotel, eso retraso la confirmacion para entregar el cuarto

La ubicación muy buena, frente a una plaza y el personal muy amable.

Cons:

Habia cabellos en la regadera, pareciera que no habían limpiado y el jabón de manos era muy poco solo pondría mejor atención en la limpieza del baño

Buen buffet de desayuno. La cama muy cómoda, todo limpio.

A pesar de que hice el check-in tarde, en mi baño no hubo jabón corporal.
La televisión no era funcional.
