Pros:

Очень чистые, функциональные и просторные номера. Расположение гостиницы вообще супер! В шаговой доступности всё: магазины, моллы, прогулочные улицы и т.д. Рекомендую гостиницу.

Cons:

Двери не имеют никакой шумоизоляции, слышно каждого соседа, который проходит мимо номера, закрывает двери и т.д.

Pros:

The Stay at the Novotel In Sukhumvit 4 was excellent. From arrival the staff was amazing, helped us with a smooth quick check in and also provided us with rooms on the same floor close to each other since we and another couple booked two rooms. The breakfast was excellent, honestly the best crispy bacon I've ever had at any Hotel. I might go back there just for the bacon again.

Cons:

The only issue we had was the warm water in the shower took a bit of time to heat up. Which was weird because the sink and other faucets didn't have the issue.

Tutto sommato una buona permanenza.
Pros:

La piscina é all'ultimo piano, sebbene piccola era pulita e confortevole, Asciugamani puliti a bordo piscina disponibili insieme ad una postazione con ombrellone. La palestra era buona e bene attrezzata ma priva di assistenza. La posizione è ottima a circa 800 mt a piedi dalla fermata bts Nana. Servizio cortesia con tuk tuk disponibile solo per il check-out (ogni ora) ma non per il check-in, se avete valigie dovete fermare un tuk tuk per la strada e farvi accompagnare in hotel (costo 100 Bth da Nana). Ottimo e stabile il wi-fi.

Cons:

La colazione era buona ed abbondante, con dolce e salato, ma secondo me troppo cara (500 bth) per quello che ti offrono. Nei dintorni dell'hotel ci sono pub che con 180 Bth ti offrono una colazione salata (english or american breakfast) o se preferite solo cappuccino e cornetto, di fronte c'è un Seven Eleven, che con 150 Bth ti offrono la colazione dolce,

Pros:

Lage war super. Zimmer waren super. Sauberkeit war gegeben. Frendlichkeit und Service wird gross geschriebe. Sehr gute Rooftop Bar

Cons:

Preis-Leistung. Ich persönlich hatte schon Hotels die auch sauber und gut waren, jedoch die Hälfte Kosten. Aber wirklich zu reklamieren gibt es nichts.
Man durfte wärend dem Poolbetrieb in der Rooftop Bar nicht rauche. Wärend dem Barbetrieb nur neben dem Pool.

SHORT STAY IN BANGKOK.
Pros:

Excellent food. Very satisfying.
I am a Diamond member and use the Restaurant all the time when at the hotel.
Ta and Kear have been brilliant with their service at this hotel!! 👏

Pros:

Fantastic hotel. Extremely clean. Great hospitality and big shout out to Ploy who was very kind and courteous and always greeted me with a smile and hello every time I walked past reception

A lovely introduction to what Bangkok has to offer
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable stay, the room was lovely and staff were incredibly friendly. The rooftop pool was a highlight for views.

Cons:

They gym is pretty basic and could use with a few more machines since some were out of order anyway

Komfortowe pokoje z wygodnym łóżkiem,fajny basen z pięknymi widokami,niesamowicie przyjazny personel na każdym kroku od recepcji, salę śniadaniową, bar przy basenie aż po uśmiechnięte panie sprzątające czy ochronę

Cons:

Nie byłam świadoma że hotel jest położony w samym centrum burdelu. Wieczorem nie można wyjść na spacer do sklepu na przeciwko czy do palarni bo prostytutki otaczają hotel na każdym rogu a nawet przy wjeździe do hotelu stoją roznegliżowane panie a nie ochroniarze. Na ulicy pod hotelem natrętni naganiacze bez żadnego szacunku zaczepiają małżeństwa czy rodziny z dziećmi to aż do obrzydzenia. Zdaję sobie sprawę że to nie jest wina hotelu tylko moje niedopatrzenie być może nie doczytałam że ten hotel nie nadaje się dla małżeństw i rodzin a następny mój pobyt w Bangkoku na pewno będzie w Novotelu ale w innej dzielnicy.

Very pleasant.
Pros:

Great position and city views, 24-hour room service, 100 meters from nana Plaza, 7/11 across the road, a microwave would have been handy, the security deposit goes up 1000 baht for everyday you stay.
Caught me off guard at first.
Never got it back on the arrival visit 2 nights, don't pay for the deposit on a card.

Novotel breakfast.
Pros:

Breakfast wasn't included in my package but the delightful Mook suggested I give it a try.She explained all the options and couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast was excellent and I'll be back again. Thanks again Mook.
