A place to add to your bucket list- location is perfect - next to the gondola with easy access to the mountains.
Pros:

One of the most amazing hotels Ive been to. Staff were so friendly and kind. Food was gorgeous.

Pros:

The location was perfect for the LEtape and the view from the balcony and lounge was fantastic. The staff was absolutely friendly and helpful. The lounge and bar was so comfortable and inviting, that we just wanted to stay there all day.

All in all, a very pleasant hotel that I would gladly return to.

Pros:

Wonderful hotel, everything was perfect 😍! The rooms are very cozy, the breakfast very tasty, the spa is amazing. The stuff is so friendly, they try to solve everything always with a smile. The restaurant also is impressive, the food was amazing! 😻

A lovely place, a lovely, well-maintained and clean hotel!
Pros:

A beautifully situated hotel. Very tastefully decorated. Great attention to every detail. The breakfast was delicious! Local produce and a wide selection. The staff were absolutely lovely. Our stay in the summer was also pleasant, with mild temperatures. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay in the high mountains. We'll be back.

Bestemt et besøg værd.
Pros:

Mulighed for afslapning, forkælelse og oplevelser samlet på et hotel. Personalet på hele hotellet leverede et serviceniveau over det forventede. Man følte sig i den grad velkommen.
Lækkert værelset med balkon havde en fantastisk udsigt. Rigtig god morgenmad. Godt poolområde.

Perfect stay
Pros:

We had a wonderful time. The location was absolutely perfect, and the breakfast was great each morning. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa facilities, which were a fantastic bonus. The staff were super helpful and incredibly kind. We would definitely stay here again!

Zeer onveilig verblijf met auto-inbraken, ijskoude douches en het hotel neemt geen enkele verantwoordelijkheid
Pros:

De ligging en uitstraling van het bergkasteel gaven de accommodatie op het eerste gezicht een charmante indruk, maar schijn bedriegt.

Cons:

Binnen een uur na aankomst is ingebroken in onze auto en in twee andere auto’s, waarbij waardevolle spullen van ons zijn gestolen. De reactie van het hotel gaf ons de indruk dat dit niet met de ernst werd behandeld die je in zo’n situatie mag verwachten, terwijl het hotel wel adverteert met 24/7 beveiliging op het parkeerterrein. Dat zorgde direct voor een zeer onveilig gevoel dat later extra bevestigd werd door een waarschuwingstekst aan de binnenkant van het raamkozijn in de slaapkamer, waarin gasten wordt aangeraden niet met open raam te slapen. Helaas kwam deze waarschuwing voor ons te laat. Daarnaast was er op de kamer geen warm water, waardoor douchen ijskoud was. Na ons verblijf heeft het hotel geen contact met ons opgenomen en is er geen enkele vorm van compensatie aangeboden. Wees gewaarschuwd!
