Staff were pleasant and helpful, room very good indeed, spotlessly clean and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent - you'd go a long way to get a better one.
No evening meals available, the bed comfort less the average and the pillows were very hard for us - a softer option would have been appreciated.

Everything was perfect
I recently stayed at Rutland Water Courtyard Rooms while attending a friend’s wedding and had a wonderful experience. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with a lovely en-suite that felt modern and well-maintained. Despite there being a golf competition on, the property remained surprisingly quiet and peaceful throughout my stay.
The included breakfast was a real highlight, delicious, varied, and a great way to start the day. The amenities were excellent, and there was plenty of room to relax and unwind. Communication before and after the stay was outstanding; a special thank you to Debbie and Emily for their friendly, helpful, and prompt service. I would highly recommend Rutland Water Courtyard Rooms to anyone looking for a calm, comfortable, and well-run place to stay.

Breakfast was good, young staff always helpful, room comfortable.
A bit isolated, do need a car,no evening meals ,pubs within five mile radius. Some noise from golfers in morning.

The location was lovely
It was not as clean as you would expect also it requires some TLC to bring it up to standard.
Loved the location, the spacious, comfy room and gorgeous views. Plus, we were able to try golf which was fun.

The shower door was difficult to operate.
We thought the breakfast was exceptional and had nice touches not often seen with other hotels ie the fresh fruit, yoghurt and croissants. The location suited us very well as we were easily able to walk alongside the golf course to Rutland water and from there walked to the nature reserve to see the ospreys.
If I had to find fault I would say the toilet seat was rather stained.
Was a lovely property. We were given a deluxe room, with a very large en-suite. Windows on all sides, with lovely views of the golf course and surrounding countryside.! It just blow me away how nice it all was
The only thing I would say I didn’t like. Was that it was a place most people went to for playing golf. So the bar and reception closed early. It would have been nice to get a drink in the bar before going to bed. Yet we understand why they would close.
The room was lovely with double aspect windows, the breakfast was delicious and substantial, the staff were friendly and helpful, the bed was really comfortable, lovely walk down to Rutland Water. If iI was in the area I would stay again

The room was not clean it had not been hooverd there was no toilet paper so had to go down to the bar to ask for some the breakfast was served in a room that was full of cobwebs and it was very unpleasant the breakfast was basic and not very well cooked
