Ön camı açınca sokaktan gelen seslerden uyuyamadım ve dinlenemedim.
Koridordan gelen sesler ve gürültü çok fazlaydı

Hygiene & Cleanliness
There was a strong smell of cat urine on the veranda in the dining area, and we saw a kitten with open sores. I understand Istanbul is known as a “cat city,” but that doesn’t mean sanitary standards should be ignored.

Housekeeping was poor — upon check-in, the toilet, floor, and sinks had hair and stains from previous guests still on them.

Laundry
This hotel is fine for a 1–2 night stay, but we spent 10 days here with our family. We asked if there was a washing machine to do laundry and were told there wasn’t one, and that we’d have to hand-wash our clothes in the room, since the nearest laundromat was in another district. I later confirmed the hotel does in fact have a washing machine — we were simply lied to.

As a result, we had to hand-wash everything, but there wasn’t a single hook in the room (not one, I’m not exaggerating) to hang clothes to dry. We ended up hanging large items out of the open windows. This hotel can really ruin your vacation mood — only choose it if you’re staying just a few nights.

Breakfast
The buffet looked nothing like the photos on Booking.com. The coffee machine was dirty enough that it felt unsafe to drink from. Overall, the food was not good.

Air Quality
There was a persistent smell of cigarette smoke on the floors and in the rooms. The ventilation didn’t work.

Water Pressure
Water pressure on the floors was weak, and in the mornings the water was shut off completely until breakfast ended.

Quite noisy with loud talking late into the night/ early morning,if the room is near or just above reception area is inclined to be disrupting due to people coming+ going ,i am aware people need to communicate information however getting necessary adequate sleep proves difficult,so advise bedroom a distance away.It can be v warm at peak of summer air con coldest temp,18 degrees,it could be cooler perhaps not working efficiently,so for me personally its a choice to have aircon on and not sleep much due to the noise it creates or have it off and not sleep due to being overly warm ,i guess thats just what one needs to accept in hotter countries not used too.

The rooms needs renovation, it's old specially the bathroom and the AC, the owner said that he bought it lately and that he will be doing some big renovations in the rooms

Allt inte bekvämt smutsigt vi båda där 2 dager ingen städning ingen schampo ingen toalett servetter jag förstår inte hur den kan vara 4 stjärnor Dena hotellet inte är inte vänlig för familjer andra natten händ en bråk kl 4:40 på morgonen och dem hållde på i en timme ingen in i hotellet min barn bliv jätte skrämd det är inte värd och bo där aldrig mer
