Nice design hotel in expensive Chinese area
Pros:

The rooms a very nicely designed, big and the hotel is on the 28th floor. So you see the whole city

Cons:

More bad than good…
- they let everyone smoke despite having sign every to not smoke. We had to change room as it was unbearable to stay there. Despite moving next day still smelled as it was coming from next door. If they didn’t give people back deposits I’m sure they will all stop smoking!
- we stayed 3 nights and despite asking to get the bins emptied and get new water it didn’t happen… they don’t clean while you stay there.
- the hotel is on 1 floor, so don’t know why booking has options to “upgrade” to a higher floor…. Miss leading!
- the area is extremely expensive. A coffee is $5!! Full of fake shops. As the hotel is actually inside a big mall. Surrounded by casinos and suspicious clubs…. We had to always take a Grab to go to other areas to eat. The whole neighbourhood is Chinese. So if you are visiting Cambodia to experience local food and culture. This is definitely not it

The view was great the room is nice, clean and very good staff.

Cons:

Right in the Chinese area. To access the pool you need a pass. The rooms are located in a big building, the reception is on the x floor. The lounge is not very welcoming.

Hôtel satisfaisant mais bé mol sur le parking
Pros:

La proximité du centre ville
Bien situé,proche du marché central.
Du musée S 21 beaucoup de restaurants à proximité et derrière l'hôtel possibilité de manger de la street food .

Cons:

Le service du parking pour les voitures est cher 1$ de heure et à éviter les places avec d'autres voitures à côté
Cela peut prêter à confusion.

I wanted to order in-room service but their phone was broken. We were greeted by a roach.

Polecam! Warto, zwłaszcza jeśli pokój jest z widokiem!
Pros:

Wyjątkowy widok z pokoju na stolicę Kambodży! Pokój nowoczesny i czysty! Nie ma się do czego przyczepić. Bardzo pomocna obsługa! Dostaliśmy voucher

Nie było śniadania w cenie, to jedyny minus.

Overall very pleasant…
Pros:

The view is beautiful and I was able to access the swimming pool early, thanks to the cleaning staff and security.. Breakfast was ok but not honoured by booking.com …hence I was charged.

Cons:

The noise from the nightclub at the back that destroys the businesses in the local area. Surely, they could turn off the bass of their tribal music so it doesn’t demand everyone’s heart thump to its beat. It’s damaging others so unloving. ( Matthew 7:12).
By the way the door was damaged so didn’t lock properly on the last day. Fortunately, the 24 hour desk receptionists would have given some security so we were personally not affected.
