El Hotel es espectacular! Solo llegar te reciben muy cordial, en la recepción El chico y la chica son muy atentos a que todo este acomodamiento. Todo el personal del hotel y restaurante se comportaron excelente en todo.
Nuestra instancia fue de lo mejores sitios que hemos estado en Sevilla. La localización es perfecta para cualquier dirección.

Amazing Hotel 10/10
Pros:

It is very difficult to say anything about this hotel as everything was exceptional. This has to be one of the very best hotels in Seville, attention to detail and the attentiveness of the staff make this a truly magical place to stay.

Cons:

The only down point is the rooftop terrace bar get incredibly busy and is clearly a spot that people come to because of the view. However there should be priority for hotel guests to shortcut the queues to be able to go to a designated area to be able to fast track and get a drink.

Thank you for a lovely stay in Seville
Pros:

The rooms were fabulous, in particular the bathrooms - the shower was bigger than our bathroom at home! Very comfortable bed and the housekeeping staff kept everything exceptionally clean. We had a minor issue with a cricket getting stuck in the walls one night and it made a bit of a racket, but the night reception staff were more than happy to allow us to change rooms for the night. Certainly not the hotel’s fault, but dealt with very well nonetheless. Service across the board was brilliant - the breakfast staff made a great effort to remember details about your trip and your preferences which was a lovely touch, in particular Camile (I think!). Breakfast itself was fantastic with lots of options to choose from. We had a great stay and would hesitate to return, thanks to everyone at Hotel Lobby!

Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und das Frühstück war sensationel - zum Buffet kann man aus einer Karte bestellen. Alles wird serviert.. Die Aircondition ist leise. Auf der Rooftop Bar bekommt man als Hotelgast auch dann einen Tisch, wenn alles voll ist u die Drinks sind wirklich sehr gut. Der absolute Highlight ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Wir hatten beim Mietwagen einen Platten und die Mitarbeiter versuchten.uns überall zu helfen, telefonietren mit dem Vermieter auf spanisch. Selbst das Taxi wurde vom Hotel übernommen. Ich reise viel u steige in sehr guten Hotels ab, aber das hier hat alles übertroffen. Sensationell, wenn Sevilla dann hier absteigen, weil die Mitarbeiter einem auch wirklich helfen.
